I find anything to do with finance incredibly stressful but Josephine made the process of remortgaging really straightforward for us. She was honest about the reality of the market and when the best time to lock in our offer would probably be, and she was right! Had we not had her advice we would have made a very costly mistake. I was also impressed by how quickly Josephine responded to my questions, especially being used to the solicitors taking so long to reply!

Josephine was really helpful with helping us to remortgage our house. She worked quickly and made sure we secured the best deal, despite the rates going down twice while we were in the process of applying. We will definitely come back again when our remortgage is due.
