Quick and easy to order, needed to alter address slightly for delivery but couriers never updated their system with a full days notice so had to wait and extra day for delivery. Was easy to re-arrange though and Lady I dealt with was very pleasant.

Ordered 2 shower sets by mistake, bath supermarket.com cancelled one and refund to be back in the bank in 3-5 days. 2 shower sets still turned up and NO refund.

Very good service, would use again

We are at the end of a A Self Build House Project and funds getting a little low therefore delighted to have found bath supermarket. We have saved so much money. We have the Bath that we really wanted £££s cheaper than anywhere else and the same for all the other items that we bought. We ordered one day received the items remarkably the next day and as we spent over a certain amount delivery was free of charge.After placing the order communication was excellent as promised we received a text with a 4 hour delivery slot time.On the day of delivery the Courier called to say when he would be with us and the items were brought to our property by 2 of the most helpful guys. Very professional also friendly and very willing to help deliver the items safely.Thank you to all.

Altjough high delicery chsrge for my small irems it was worth it

There were no issues with the goods however items were not delivered on the date arranged and we were not advised that until the morning of expected delivery date.

Outstanding girl in the office help me on the phone as I didn't have a clue quality of the shower unit vanity unit and toilet was of a high standard really pleased with my order thank you Penny Bradley

A poor experience all in all. Sent back the first delivery due to an opened package with damaged item. Replacement delivery late. Incorrectly addressed and broken down Panther delivery van.

Would definitely buy from again.

I have been very impressed with the whole experience from this company.
The price was the best I could get online for a 12 gauge acrylic bath.the delivery arrangements were spot on, the carrier arrived exactly at the time quoted. The bath and fittings were complete,nothing missing. This company is very efficient in all departments and is performing very well.

bathsupermarket are fantastic! The products are first class and everyday low prices cannot be beaten.
VP are expensive and not friendly but bathsupermarket are great, customer services (Aileen) is wonderful to talk too and the products are cheap and quality, the Hindburn range is exceptional

We brought a bath from Victoria plumb and it was damaged, customer services was terrible and quality was shocking.
Placed a new order for a similar much cheaper product from bath supermarket and although it was damaged on arrival the customer services (Dan I think his name was) sorted it straight away by arranging for a collection and redelivery the very next day. Great service and top quality customer care.

I had lost the will to live trying to find where to go to get a replacement and your company found it within 10 mins and emailed me. I ordered straight away and it is being delivered today 24 June.

I ordered a panel.
Great price, great service but I was charged £20 for delivery of a light weight plastic bath panel.
I thought it was too much.
This is a good company and has a large selection of products.
