Very disappointing experience after being a Battmobile customer for approximately one and a half years.

My first vehicle was delivered three days late despite repeated written promises that it would be returned the same day. I had to rent another vehicle at my own expense. Even after I sent the correct updated delivery location via WhatsApp, the car was taken to a completely wrong location, leaving me waiting for an additional hour and a half.

With my second vehicle, I received conflicting invoices for the same spark-plug replacement. After I questioned the price difference, the first invoice was deleted and replaced with a higher-priced invoice. This made me lose confidence in the accuracy and transparency of their pricing, so I cancelled that part of the service.

The second vehicle was then returned by someone driving it on the road instead of transporting it on a recovery vehicle, without obtaining my approval. It also arrived with the fuel level almost empty, without any prior warning.

Several representatives promised that someone would contact me and resolve these issues, but those promises were not fulfilled. I have retained the WhatsApp conversations, invoices, photographs, and other evidence supporting everything stated above.

Due to the repeated delays, poor communication, inconsistent pricing, and unacceptable handling of my vehicles, I will not renew my maintenance contract and cannot recommend Battmobile based on my experience.

My experience with Bad Mobile has been an absolute mess from day one. When I signed up last year, I was sold under false promises—the sales rep verbally assured me that petrol was included in my service contract. That was a costly lesson for me, as I trusted their word instead of checking the fine print where it conveniently wasn’t written. Lesson learned on my part, but it speaks volumes about their dishonest sales tactics.

The real breaking point, however, has been their atrocious customer support. I have been trying to get a simple battery replacement for a full week now. I’ve contacted them five or six times, and it is the same endless loop every single time: empty promises that a technician will reach out, followed by complete silence, missed follow-ups, and total disorganization. When technicians finally are assigned, they seem random, completely uncoordinated, and unaware of what's going on.

Looking back at their online reviews, it’s painfully obvious how manufactured and fake the positive ones look to cover up a mountain of real customer complaints. If you value your time and your car, stay far away from this company.w-ups, technicians are random.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Battmobile / A&F Auto Repair LLC.

A technician came to replace the battery in my Volkswagen. No price or quotation was provided to me before installation. The battery was installed first, and only afterwards was I informed that I had to pay AED 1,100.

My WhatsApp conversation clearly shows that I asked for the price after the battery had already been installed. I was also told that I would receive the invoice only after payment.

I paid because I urgently needed to collect my child from school. I had repeatedly explained this to the technician. I was told the service would take approximately 30 minutes, but it took around two hours.

To make matters worse, the technician left his tool/key inside my vehicle’s engine compartment.

After checking the battery and market prices, I contacted Battmobile asking for a reasonable solution. I requested a refund, replacement, exchange, or fair price adjustment, but so far no satisfactory solution has been provided.

I am not asking for any additional service package or promotion. I am asking Battmobile to resolve my original complaint regarding Invoice INV-213640.

I have the invoice, payment proof, WhatsApp correspondence, photographs and other supporting evidence.

I request that management contact me and provide a fair resolution to this complaint.

Extremely disappointed with the service here. The experience has been defined by poor communication, lack of timely responses, and misleading information regarding necessary repairs. Rather than diagnosing and fixing the actual issue, the focus seemed to be on inflating the bill with questionable and unnecessary charges.
There is a serious lack of technical transparency, and basic customer follow-up is virtually non-existent. Handing over your vehicle here creates more headaches than solutions. I strongly advise car owners to look elsewhere for honest, reliable mechanics.

Unacceptable 24+ hour delay, missing order, and non-existent communicationI experienced exceptionally poor service delivery from Battmobile after being left stranded for over 24 hours without the product I ordered.I ordered a specific car battery at 11:15 AM on Sunday, September 20th. I received an immediate callback to take my details, verify the correct battery, and confirm the price. I was explicitly assured that delivery and fitting would take place within 45 minutes.What followed was completely unacceptable:11 Hours of Waiting: After making numerous phone calls and WhatsApp messages—and being repeatedly promised that they were "30 minutes late but on the way"—a team finally arrived 11 hours late.Wrong Product & Bait-and-Switch: When the team arrived, they did not even have the battery I had explicitly ordered. Instead, they insisted on upselling me to a completely different, more expensive battery. I refused and asked them to return with the correct one.Complete Ghosting: It has now been more than 13 hours since that interaction (over 24 hours total). I still have no battery, no explanation, and no one is answering any of my calls—including their 0800 number.Battmobile completely failed to honor their delivery timeline, brought the wrong product to force an upsell, and has now entirely ghosted me. Avoid this service if you actually need a reliable service.

Avoid their AED 2,000 package—misleading coverage, poor communication, and unresolved mechanical issues
I am writing this review under my real name so Battmobile can look up my service history and address these severe lapses in customer service and repair quality.
In August, I used Battmobile for a battery replacement. The technician convinced me to buy a service package for approximately AED 2,000, promising it included two major and three minor fixes, plus oil changes and AC filter cleaning. I purchased it believing it would protect me from major repair costs. This was highly misleading.
One month later, my car developed an engine shake and an oil leak. When I requested repairs under my package, I was informed that none of these major mechanical issues were covered. The package only applied to basic tasks like oil changes, AC cleaning, and car washes. I was forced to pay an additional AED 4,000 on top of the package fee.
The communication during this repair was incredibly frustrating. The team provided inaccurate timelines, delayed their responses, and struggled to coordinate between the service adviser and the technical team. Furthermore, despite repeatedly asking for photo updates of the mechanical work being done, they only sent a single photo of the back of my car.
They claimed to have fixed the oil pump leak, which required removing the engine. However, exactly one month later, the exact same leak returned, requiring the engine to be removed yet again.
Shortly after, a new water leak developed. I returned the car and dealt with a new adviser. After receiving the report, I authorized specific fixes. Instead, they repaired something else entirely and charged me an additional AED 2,000.
I have paid Battmobile a total of roughly AED 8,000, yet the original issues remain completely unresolved. I have repeatedly reached out to their customer support team and raised official complaints, but they are ignoring my messages and no one has contacted me to resolve my concerns. They make high-level promises to sell packages but deliver poor technical work and zero accountability. I strongly advise against using their services.

Very bad service responce. I changed on my battery 2 months before.today some issues in battery and I called customer service on 3pm. The said within 2hours the service team will come. Waited more than 5 hours no one will come. Also customer service not answering my registerd number.I tried my other number my other number the are answering the call 😂 . Not recommended for this company customer service and service team also very bad

purchased AGM expensive battery for my car, after 14 days battery dead. even can not open doors. informed Battmobile in morning, all day they do not reply on phone , only late night one guy came to check car, confirmed battery dead. and said- sorry i do not have same battery and gone. now second day without car, can not convince them to provide replacement.

The improvement is increased than before and hope the call center will be more efficient with the information and to support customer request immediately. Thanks!

I have been a Battmobile customer for around 4 years, and during the earlier years I was satisfied with their service. Unfortunately, my recent experience in May and August 2026 has completely changed my opinion.
In May 2026, my car battery was dead, so I contacted Battmobile and specifically requested an Amaron battery with 18 months warranty. Over the phone, I was assured that an Amaron battery was available and that a technician would come and replace it.
However, when the technician arrived, he did not have an Amaron battery. Since I had been given incorrect information over the phone, I refused the replacement.
Later, a manager contacted me and convinced me to accept a Sonic battery, assuring me that it also came with an 18-month warranty. I was specifically told that if the Sonic battery failed within 18 months, it would be replaced with an Amaron battery. Based on this assurance, I agreed.
Unfortunately, in August 2026, the Sonic battery failed. I contacted Battmobile for a replacement. The same technician who had installed the battery in May came again. When I asked for the promised Amaron battery, he told me that they did not have Amaron and instead replaced it with an Atonic battery.
I then asked about the warranty. Initially, I was told that the warranty would be updated through the Battmobile app installed on my phone. I waited for three days and followed up every day, but nothing was updated.
After three days, Battmobile finally contacted me and told me that they could not provide any warranty.
I explained the entire situation and the commitment that had been made by their manager in May, but they still refused to honour the warranty.
This is extremely disappointing, especially after being a customer for 4 years.
My advice to other customers: Be very careful and make sure you get everything in writing before accepting a battery replacement. If the brand and warranty you requested are not available, don't rely only on verbal promises from the staff or managers.
I trusted Battmobile because of my previous experience with them, but this incident has seriously damaged that trust.
Be aware and be careful before using their service.

I booked a car service appointment and was given a slot for September 9. However, nobody attended to my vehicle or provided the service as scheduled. This is very disappointing and reflects poor service. Please look into this matter and provide an explanation.
