Battmobile Reviews

I recently servied and got some major mantinance work for my car at battmobile, and the experience was outstanding thanks

I have a service package with Battmobile, and yesterday I had my car’s minor service completed. After the service, Battmobile offered complimentary vehicle delivery to my location.

The vehicle was delivered on time, and I received clear updates regarding the driver’s arrival throughout the process. I would like to thank Battmobile for the excellent service, and a special thanks to Mr. Talha Jawad for delivering my vehicle promptly and professionally. I truly appreciate the great customer service.

Very friendly and efficient service - thank you!

Call Center always available and ready to assist staff is very cooperative and friendly and professional

Kudos to Billal, Toufiq, Haaroon, Zainab, Soyeb all deserves appreciation

Took unnecessary more time even though I have scheduled my visit. Impove process to prioritize scheduled booking so inspection is done on same day.

Number 1 always wallah alazeem

The car was picked up and dropped to my place after service. They have apps to track the progress and response was quick over call. The allocated driver Mr Bilal did a good work in picking the car and dropping it back.

Excellent service Bilal Javed. Thanks

Extremely irresponsible responsible and I got calls for random numbers and people asking for location and the people who I spoke to stopped responding after payment. The team was quick to take the car but never returned. My wife has a doc appointment which I mentioned and I was promised a call back but no car and no call.

I met with an accident and called in Battmobile to assist me with my situation. They were super pro in their service from the time I called their hotline till the recovery guy Ahmed who came and towed my car. The cs journey has been impeccable. Hats off to the team.
Now let’s see what happens once it’s back from the garage.

It’s excellent company and they have fast response and various brands with good quality

Amazing service, thank you Bilal Javed. Very kind, very polite and really helpful in delivering the car while i was away.

The overall experience was so great and thanks to the entire team

Recovery Driver 5 stars
Service coordinator 5 stars

Bilal service was excellent.

Mr Arslan and Ms Farheen were very supportive and proactive. They take keen interest in good customer service. Mr Akhtar was very helpful throughout the process. Overall experience was very smooth and comfortable.

Car collection driver Billal Javed was great. But thats where the good service ended. The customer service is terrible. The app is slow and crashes constantly. Loads of false promises. I’m going to go to the service centre now and take my car back. I wouldn’t recommend this company from my personal experience.

Excellent service and friendly staffs..Highly recommended!

Very good service . I want to thank Mr. Farhan who take care about pickup and drop the car.
Thank you
