We are looking at a Japan holiday in 2027 and I have been contacting many companies. Bayfinch Holidays have been excellent with their timely responses and information so far. Their representative Greg is keeping me updated with the information I require, without being too pushy. My decision has not yet been made, but Greg is by far the most helpful person I have dealt with.

Clear itinerary of holiday, and a honest price for a busy holiday

Great correspondence very willing to help and go the extra mile. Very glad with the service so far. Hope the holiday goes just as well.

I sought info on an Asian trip that myself and my husband planned to take this Autumn.Having been allocated an agent named Richard I received first class information on times, destinations and costs involved. Due to unforeseen circumstances we will be unable to travel this time but I will have no hesitation in seeking when we are in a position to do so. Thank you Richard for your time and professionalism in your dealings with us .

Richard has been very helpful in my booking this holiday and happy to answer all my questions Thank you again Carole

Booked a seamless top class holiday to Thailand. Fantastic recommendations and patience from Natasha who was an absolute star. A great company to book and deal with! 👏👏

Greg was very helpful and went out his way to find us the perfect holiday! unfortunately we have changed our mind but won’t hesitate asking him for help when we do decide.

I haven’t booked my holiday with them for personal reasons. However, they have a very approachable, helpful staff. They answered all my questions very quickly and in detailed which is really important point.
