Richard was incredibly prompt, knowledgeable, and patient throughout. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and managed to find me some really great deals that suited both my preferences and budget perfectly. I genuinely felt like he cared about making sure I got the best possible holiday experience rather than just making a booking.

Russel was very quick to respond to me with details and good price for my holida Russel was very knowledgeable, not pushy and very pleasant. Unfortunately my husband changed his mind about destination so I didn't book the holiday. I will not hesitate to deal with Russel in future. His customer service was 100%.

Misleading prices, over £600 more than the advertised price. All a con to get your details. Natasha then begs for reviews despite not being able to deliver the holiday. Steer well clear.

We would like to clarify that the advertised lead price was clearly stated as being valid only for selected travel dates between November and February, as mentioned in the offer’s terms and conditions. The travel dates you requested for the end of March fall during Japan’s peak cherry blossom season, when flight and hotel prices are significantly higher. Therefore, the advertised lead price from Manchester Airport could not be honoured for those dates.
We always aim to provide transparent pricing based on the requested travel period and live availability at the time of enquiry. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best with your future travel plans. 😊
