Greg at Bayfinch holidays has been extremely helpful and made my booking for my 5 year old and myself a pleasure not only did he get us the best price he also noticed I was travelling with my 5 year old he changed our flights so that we were not waiting in the airport and he made sure I didn’t have to deal with our luggage.

This week I made an inquiry about a trip to Japan. My contact at Bayfinch was Dylan and his customer service was outstanding. In a very short time he produced a full itinerary for me including return flights and details of all hotels which allow me to make an informed decision as to whether the tour was the right one for me. Dylan couldn’t have been more helpful and I was grateful for his knowledge, friendly approach and speed of response.

I was looking for a last minute booking to Disneyland Paris and Richard at Bayfinch Holidays secured a fantastic deal for my family; flights, hotel, Disneyland park tickets, great price In comparison to others on offer and Richard took care of all my requirements making it stress free for me and ensuring that I got the dates I required and within a very short time frame, I was very impressed with his professionalism and commitment. The hotel also had a swimming pool which the kids loved and the accommodation was so comfortable and clean and the interior design was stunning and the hotel environment had a lovely atmosphere for families. The service we received from Mark was exceptional. He was helpful and attentive. The package for our trip appears to be both exciting and value for money.

Even though our travel plans changed, Damien was absolutely brilliant at responding to all of my questions. I requested a number of tweaks to our Singapore and Thailand itinerary and he always responded professionally and quickly.
