Fantastic customer service
We had a delivery issue and did not receive the BBQ cover. BBQ Barn customer service were excellent and sent out a new cover which arrived the next day while they investigated what happened. BBQ Barn and ourselves are still no wiser who received our package. Well done the BBQ Barn team and many thanks

Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! Came in with every intention of purchasing, but had some questions and decisions to make. The staff were patient with my process and made sure to answer each query I had. In addition to amazing customer service, I was set up with everything I needed to get grilling fast!

Faye was extremely helpful and friendly. She knows everything you need to know about any BBQ and all accessories. She was patient as we took our time before buying. Nice bright shop with good range of product. We took the trip there from London and it was a great shopping experience. Thank you

Purchase of Outside Kitchen units
We have purchased a new outside kitchen from BBQ. Katrina and John were so helpful, with no pressure but plenty of good advice. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Delivery issue but we'll resolved
My order was late due to an issue with the delivery company which meant I didn't have the products for a BBQ I had planned. However, once notified, BBQ Barn quickly resolved the issue and got in contact to apologise and offer a full refund. Excellent customer service and will use again

Found the BBQ barn just by chance
Found the BBQ barn just by chance , & purchased a Broil King bbq today . Faye was amazing & so knowledgeable we will never go anywhere else now for anything bbq related . Excellent range to choose from.
We didn't plan to purchase a BBQ on the day, we just wanted to get an idea of what was available. That soon changed after seeing the choice on offer, I can't imagine a better selection of BBQ's and accessories to help you make a choice anywhere else locally. David who served us was very knowledgeable and his advise helped us in making our decision.
