Absolute fantastic service. Faye responded to my initial email. On arriving at the Sidcup Store both Faye and Dave were very welcoming. Dave was very knowledgeable and honest with his suggestions. Paul was also brilliant when we re-visited the store. I would highly recommend you go to BBQ Barn and don’t waste your time anywhere else.

I'd found the BBQ Barn Sidcup whilst browsing the Internet. My husband and I had been thinking about replacing our current BBQ for a while so decided to visit the
BBQ Barn at Sidcup to take a look at what they had to offer. I have to say we were extremely surprised at the variety of BBQ's on display. The outside kitchens were outstanding, ohh if only we had the room...Faye was on hand to answer our numerous questions, in addition Faye was incredibly knowledgeable on all the different makes and models. Due to the incredible amount of stock it took us quite a while to make our final decision. There was no 'hard sell pressure' even when we said we'd go home and think about making the right choice. The store is an absolute dream for any BBQ enthusiast, stocking the most impressive array of BBQ accessories and spices I've ever seen. Faye offered us a lovely hot drink, which was greatly appreciated as we spent rather a while trying to decide which BBQ would be best for us. Whether you want a lower priced model or one of the more expensive ones, the outstanding Customer Service is exactly the same. An added bonus was a great sale offer, with an additional 10% on top AMAZING value. With Faye's assistance, as well as her expert knowledge, we eventually made our decision and purchased a phenominal BBQ at a great price. After purchasing some great accessories, including a rather lovely BBQ spice, arranging a delivery date and paying the bill, we left feeling absolutely thrilled with our purchases. The fact the BBQ Barn is right next to a car park was very helpful, especially if you don't know the area. Thank you BBQ Barn, especially Faye for such OUTSTANDING Customer Service. We are both now looking forward to a Summer of barbecuing in the garden and cannot wait to take delivery and start using our brand new BBQ.

Service and knowledge at the shop is excellent with great advice and no 'pushy selling'.

Dropped one star as I did not receive a call or an email as promised to confirm delivery. I had to chase and whilst resolved and delivery was on agreed date I was not expecting to have to chase for final confirmation even though date agreed at the shop

An absolute yes when it comes to shopping at the BBQ Barn Sidcup.
My husband wanted a smoker for as long as I can remember so I finally decided to get him one as a birthday gift. The staff was beyond helpful and knowledgeable, super accommodating (I asked for it to be delivered at a specific time for a surprise) and they even threw in a gorgeous bow on top. Great communication throughout, massive discount, just perfect! Thank you so much!!
