Absolut perfekter Service

Absolut perfekter Service,
hatte eine Varia V3 bestellt, die allerdings den Mahlgrad bei jedem Mahlvorgang verstellt hat. Das würde dem Hersteller gemeldet und hatte tags darauf eine Lieferbestätigung, dass eine neue Kaffeemühle unterwegs ist. Nun ist alles bestens und kann BeansBros nur wärmsten empfehlen.

Supposedly "in inventory" - not delivered after 2 months

Article was marked "available". When I emailed and asked for the tracking number, they told me it was made to order and it would take a month. It ended up taking two months, but it was finally delivered.

The best price-value ratio for specialty coffee

I have been getting the Monthly Coffee subscription on and off during the past 2 years and it's always marvelous. The big box (3 bag) subscription is the best value you can get on the Danish market. You get 3 different specialty coffee bags, where usually 1 of them will be as good as Gesha. This month's subscription from Bugan is easily 10/10. I have no clue how they've managed to keep the prices the same, while keeping the quality so high, something no other roastery has managed to do. I have had to contact support a few times and they've always been super quick and super helpful.

My only small complaint is that I wish it was a bit easier to manage your subscription after logging in, instead of having to find the link from the activation email.

No product after a month

Ordered a coffee dripper from Bean Bros. The address was correct, but the package was misdelivered and never reached me. After waiting a month with no product, customer support admitted it wasn’t my fault but still refused to refund shipping, leaving me paying for their mistake.
Deeply disappointing experience. Won't be ordering again.

EDIT: Bean Bros rectified the situation after this review. There was a lot more time spent on this order than I would've wanted, but I appreciate the response and full refund.

Sehr wertige Mühle

Sehr wertige Mühle. Habe mir zusätzlich das „Titanium coated - Hypernova ULTRA-S burr set“ dazu geholt, da ich einen mittleren Röstgrade bevorzuge. Mein erster Espresso, mit meinem bevorzugten Kaffee, war wesentlich besser als mit meiner alten Eureka Mühle.

My order never arrived. When I claimed that, they only sent back the money for the product but kept the shipping costs, even after I asked for a full refund.

exceptional customer service

I ordered a Varía S3 from Bean Bros because they’re the oficial reseller in Europe. I had some issues with the grinder and quickly sent them an email explaining the issue. Long story short they sent me a replacement machine from their newly received stock and sent me the return label. Communication was fast, smooth, and pleasant. Even if it happened during Easter. Shout out to Kim for being so service oriented and understanding.

Shipping was also super fast, next day delivery.
Great experience overall.
