Ordered the Varia Flo dripper. It happened to be failing. After contact with both Varia and BeanBros, sending some photos and video of the issue, I’ve been sent a new dripper.

Easy purchase and friendly support

Ordered a Varia VS6 grinder and Varia kettle. Communication was clear and helpful. Had a good, geeky correspondence with Kim from support about the products. Everything was handled without any issues. Would consider buying from them again.

Perfect service & friendly approach

One year ago I ordered Varia VS3 from Bean Bros, delivery was fast and my grinder works still perfect. Recently I wanted to make an upgrade, so I decided to buy Varia VS6. Having a nice previous experience, I made my order from Bean Bros again. Delivery was very quick. On the day my new VS6 arrived, Spring Sale has been lauched offering the grinder for a better price. After contacting customer service, I received a gift card for the price difference, which made my purchase even happier experience. Also my previous questions on burrs upgrade were answered with friendly and personalised approach. Thank you guys for everything, you are doing a good job with your customers!

Hurtig levering og god service

Bestilte en kaffekværn og vægt fra dem med tanken om at der nok gik lidt tid med levering. De overraskede virkelig, da jeg allerede samme dag kunne se at ordren var registreret hos PostNord, og at jeg dagen efter stod med min bestilling. Mega fedt!

Desværre måtte jeg hurtigt bagefter skrive til dem, magneten i den tilhørende dosing kop (til kværnen) var faldet ud da jeg åbnede pakken. Dette har intet med beanbros at gøre, det er udelukkende en fejl fra Varia's side. Men Beanbros svarede med det samme, bad mig tage et par billeder, og allerede samme dag har de sendt en ny dosing kop min vej. Det er sgu da service!

Min oplevelse er at de svare hurtigt, tager henvendelser seriøst og svare altid i en respektfuld tone :)

Ordered a VS3 grinder that was…

Ordered a VS3 grinder that was delivered quickly. Unfortunately after a little bit than a year the motor gave up. Contacting Bean Bros was quick and painless and although it took a little bit to be able to send the grinder to them, they had a good explanation and after less than 1 week it was right back and working even better than new.

Top Service!

Die Lieferung unserer neuen Espressomaschine hat aufgrund des Herstellers deutlich länger gedauert als erwartet.

Aber die Kommunikation zu Bean Bros war immer super freundlich, sehr schnell und extrem hilfreich. Speziell Kim hat mir immer direkt geantwortet und alles möglich gemacht, damit wir schnell an unsere Maschine gekommen sind.

Espressobohnen gab es dann auch zum probieren - sehr lecker!

100 % Weiterempfehlung :)

Excellent after sale

Almost two months ago, I reached out to BeanBros customer service regarding the purchase of the Varia VS6. Having been disappointed by other distributors, I asked quite a few questions. They responded promptly to all of them. I ordered the grinder, but in the end, it didn’t deliver on what Varia promises, so I decided to contact BeanBros. They responded immediately, trying to find a solution to my issue. The final solution they offered was to return the grinder and get a refund. So I returned the grinder after two months, and they refunded my money. Highly recommended!

Outstanding service

I had a problem with my otherwise great coffee grinder (which was delivered very quickly, by the way). The service was absolutely perfect: quick and personalized responses instead of standard texts, and very, very friendly. It couldn't have been better, and the grinder is working perfectly again. Katastrophale Retoure

Bean Bros agiert hier als Großhändler und Garantiepartner für Varia Produkte.
Ich habe eine Kaffeemühle über einen kleineren Shop bestellt gehabt. Da Bean Bros für die Garantie auf Varia Produkte in Deutschland zu ständig ist bin ich an sie vermittelt worden, nach dem sie selbst mehrere Wochen gebraucht haben um auf den Händler zu reagieren.
Ich habe bereits Anfang Januar meine Mühle eingesendet. Seit dem warte ich stetig auf Updates und bekomme keine.
Auf Nachfrage werden sich selbst immer wieder Fristen gesetzt, wann ich eine genaue Info bekomme. Keine dieser wurde bislang eingehalten.
Nie wieder Produkte, welche mit Bean Bros zusammenhängen

Absolutely in love with Bean Bros

Absolutely in love with Bean Bros coffee! Their beans have such wonderful fruity aromas and complex flavors—I can’t get enough.

What really sets them apart, though, is their outstanding customer service. I first discovered them at the Coffee Festival in Frankfurt and wanted to order their Ethiopian coffee. Unfortunately, it was sold out at the time, but they reached out to me as soon as it was back in stock.

That’s what I call service! Highly recommended.
