Fantastic communication and couldn’t do enough to help!

Niall was great to deal with and very fast at responding to my questions and any further information i had asked for.

Engineer explained the issue,provided a price for repairs which we decided were too expensive for age of machine but made temporary fix so we could carry on using it while we review our opt6

Would've been appreciative of a little more chasing/following up, instead of us having to do as much chasing with them. Otherwise, their responsiveness, patience and guidance has been greatly appreciated.

Terrible. From Sales through to Servicing. Sold a machine with nothing but faults every couple of months which their engineers can never fix. Rubbish products and experience all round with this company. If you’re thinking of buying off them, pay a little extra if you need to but enjoy the piece of mind from going to a reputable merchant with service and support when needed.

Liam was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of Coffee machines and guided me in the right direction.

Really happy with the service from this company. Although we are sited some distance away, they sent an engineer out within two days.
Mark the engineer was extremely helpful and professional and advised beforehand what was needed and more importantly what wasn't, so the costs were kept to a minimum. Excellent all-round.

Niall was really helpful, my dealing with him has been on going since end of September and emails have gone back and forth since then he provided information on the machines and the leasing in detail he was very quick to answer all my questions. We visited the showroom and were really impressed by the coffee machines, we were able to test the coffee too, which was a bonus! My overall experience with Bean Machines was great, there was no hassle at all. We are now looking forward to receiving our machine!

Liam the sales rep was brilliant throughout. Helped us choose the best machine for our business and was very quick to deal with everything.

Once the sale was agreed things got a little slow but this was not Liam or Bean Machine, it was more the leasing company. I feel a simple request for all documents from day one would have been easier rather than different, basic, documents every day.

But that was more reflective on the leasing company as opposed to Liam or Bean Machine.

Niall Bell was really helpful and accommodating when we had delays in our construction of our kitchen. Offered an alternative method to mean we wouldn't incur a long wait on the coffee machines arrival when the kitchen has finally be completed! Would highly recommend this company and Niall made every part of the experience much easier.

We have been a customer and now working with Scott and BeanMachines for a while. They have been outstanding in every interaction we have had. From servicing and breakdown call outs for our machinery to helping our customers find the perfect coffee machine. We could not recommend them highly enough!

Arranged a service to our coffee machine and engineer came out quite quickly. No problems with the service. Would use again.

the engineer was polite and very thorough in his work. He worked within a small area and didn't disrupt the cafe business.
he offered advice regarding cleaning the machine and how regularly a service is needed and water filter changed.

Despite a few teething problems with the install of the Crew CM50 the staff and engineers of Beanmachines more than compensated for them and corrected them in record time. The machine works a treat and is easy to operate and to clean. The Maximo beans are better than I had expected and so is the Hot Chocolate. Many thanks to you all.

Friendly and professional service!

The visit was organised as a same day appointment which was great. The engineer turned up at the expected time and was flexible in waiting for my staff to clean the area around him. He was very professional, amenable and discussed everything he needed to do giving accurate timings, lots of information, provided some up to date training and was in general very very good.
