I bought some items from Beautflo.com that i was unable to find anywhere else. I had a query about delivery details, and was impressed by a very helpful immediate response from my email. Items also came within the time i was advised. I would use this site again with trust, and would highly recommend to others.

Really wanted this product that they had. It was sent out but the delivery decided to not deliver so it was returned to the store. I emailed costumer service and they were so on it! And had it re shipped to me! Thanks again

Well I ordered Mac make up over two weeks ago and still waiting!! Royal Mail have put a card through the letter box saying that the postage is £1.50 short from this pathetic excuse for a company.
You try to rob me for £33 which is a joke just like your cowboy company!! Blocked my email when asked for the proof which is very sad. Totally ignorant company, I’m the customer and I am having to chase you because you can’t deliver what I paid for? Lucy is a disgrace!!! Asking me for proof then blocking my email. Customer service is a joke!!

Very easy website to use however didn’t receive any emails about where my order was and has taken 3 weeks to sort something out but hoping it’s on its way to me now. Nice pricing as well on the items- good deals.

Ordered present as a gift. Recieved an 3mail 3 daya before friends birthday saying there was a delay... i did get the option to cancel. Still awaiting package.

Customer service is great at communicating. One of my items was not in stock and I was given an option to wait or refund it. I chose to wait but there was a problem with the supplier so I was offered a similar product for a replacement in the bundle or a refund. The products come really well packaged and are exactly what you buy.
