Fantastic customer service! Bought a pram footmuff from them a couple of weeks ago, but when this arrived the colour was all wrong - exchanging this for an alternative colour was incredible easy and quick. Thank you so much again!

Super happy I found them. I was looking for specific colors for my travel cot and for my baby bouncer. They had everything in stock, at a competitive price.
Delivery with DPD which is convenient as they send you a one hour time slot to make sure you're there.
Would definitely buy again!

Such bad service had the 1-1 shopping experience and made a substantial order during lockdown for my baby. It all came in different parts, things were missing and had to constantly chase up my car seat and car seat adapters. I also returned a faulty item which has still not been refunded after many attempts to contact the owner. This company looks great on social media but in reality it offers a poor and inadequate service. Having a baby is such a special time and this company caused me nothing but stress and worry over my missing items.

Couldn’t recommend this place anymore, the staff was all very friendly and welcoming! From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed, and the team there gave us a great price for all we needed for our little one!

We travelled from Kent to Manchester for a weekend 4th June with a key intention of visiting Beautiful Bambino as the only UK distributors of the Like Moses baskets. As first-time parents in an overwhelming market we booked a personal shopping experience with hopes to be guided on a pram and car seat also.
The experience was great and we were served by the owner, leaving with an order placed for a custom moses basket as hoped, plus an amazing pram and car seat. There were lead times to contend with after we had picked our colour/fabric choices, but the owner scheduled a delivery date for mid of August (15th), stating this meets lead times and is with us comfortably 4 weeks before due date. We put down a deposit with the balance to be paid on the 1st August and left very happy.
I paid the remaining balance on 30th July and asked to move the delivery date from the 15th August which fell on a Sunday we wouldn’t be around, to the 13th. The lady over the phone confirmed this was fine.
13th August arrives and I have the day off work to wait in for the delivery. Come 1pm I’m concerned by a lack of update from a courier so I give store a call. There was no immediate answer but the guy said he would call me back before he finished at 4pm with an update. No update came, so I called again just before 4pm. Apparently there was an issue getting the pram out on delivery and an email had been left with the supplier but they finish early on a Friday so I wouldn’t have answers until Monday.
Monday afternoon I find out the lead time on the fabric selected for our pram had changed and wasn’t available now until October. I had two choices, pick one of the two fabric choices available that could get to me in time for my due date or cancel the pram. I couldn’t understand how I was only just hearing of this. I appreciate lead times can change, but the store should have a duty of care to the customer and give them options as soon as possible. 3 days after the customers delivery was expected is unacceptable. The girl on the phone was very unsympathetic so I asked to speak to the owner, after all it was him who had dealt with our order. ‘His on holiday this week – I’ll leave a message for him to call you on his return’.
Meanwhile I was keen to know if the rest of my order could be sent to me. The girl then explained my moses basket was still en route to the UK and the car seat wasn’t available for delivery until September now – so effectively, not a single part of my order was ever ready for the delivery date they had agreed with me and I was only hearing about it now, after I chased them about its whereabouts!
I cancelled the pram and car seat with Beautiful Bambino, received a refund and searched elsewhere. I paid £80 more but the alternative destination could fulfil the order without compromising on design and could deliver immediately because they luckily, had stock. P.S customer service was 10 times better also.
I kept the moses basket part of my order with Beautiful Bambino simply because I had no other choice. It arrived eventually, although even this was a screw up. Mainly by DPD who delivered 1 of 2 boxes and rather than attempt to redeliver the 2nd box they opted to return it to store. I chased store daily to check on its return and when they could turn it back out to me. A week later I finally had the stand to the basket.
Please note that during 3 weeks of stress from my original delivery date to the point I received the whole moses basket, I NEVER received a call back from the owner of Beautiful Bambino and I never had an apology. This is despite calling several times asking to talk to him to find out exactly how my experience with them and my order had gone so very wrong. I gave up trying, he was conveniently never around and clearly not that interested in talking to me. I hope nobody else receives customer service so appalling over important, big investment purchases when they are heavily pregnant.

After buying our pram bundle before our son arrived. I asked when it would be delivered as it felt like a while. It hadnt been but the item was then dispatched after i emailed them. When it arrived it had the wrong coloured handle bar covers. When contacting bambino they said the manefactuerer had ran out of stock so i was sent the black instead of the brown. Luckily they were happy to send out the brown seperately when they arrived. I had to email them numerous times over a few months and each time they would say it would be dispatched that week etc. Obviously that wasnt the case. In the end i finally recieved them but this was after emailing them too many times. I used my pram twice after baby was here and the hood had broken(no fault of mine) they said they will get in contact with the manefacturer and let me know. I was asked to send videos serial numbers etc of the problem. The video was too big so they gave me mt reference and told me to send the video directly to the manefacturer myself. I did so. The manefacturer was confused but eventually understood what i was saying. I left it to bambino and the manefacturer to deal with. Weeks were going by once again and i wasnt getting any fast updates or anything actually happening. I kept emailing leaving it weeks between each email. It then got to the point i just didnt recieve no contact from bambino so took it upon myself to message the manefacturer again. They said they were waiting for confirmation of what part and colour it is i needed. In the end the manefacturer sent out the bit i needed straight away and apologised for how long it was taking (even though it wasnt their fault) and even offered to put in something extra to say sorry. I still havent heard from bambino. Very disappointed will not be ordering again from them.

Poor company. They have a very good social media presence, but not good customer service. I've been waiting for my order to arrive for over a month now & have been in contact with them numerous times, but they cannot give me an update on my order. I still am yet to receive my order and receive an update on when it will be delivered. Try to avoid this company if you can.

Beautiful Bambino came to our rescue after another retailer let us down. I messaged Beautiful Bambino on Instagram and got a quick reply, I then called to ensure they had the Egg 2 Travel System was in store as we weren’t local. Joe called me back very quickly to let me know he had them instock and also asked if we need anything more. He had everything ready for my husbands arrival. After receiving such bad service from the previous retailer, I can’t thank Joe & the team enough for their help!

Ordered the personalised rug, waited 6 weeks , paid £120. What arrived wasn’t a rug- more of a creased up felt material. When I emailed explaining I wasn’t happy with the quality I, I am told because it’s personalised it’s non refundable . It’s more of a dog matt that a rug. Avoid!!!!!

Waiting to hear from them. I got a faulty Egg car seat, extremely unsafe for my baby and I explained this yet still not response.

I cannot praise this fantastic company more highly, they went above and beyond to resolve an issue I had with Furniture purchased that was not their fault at all and no longer in warranty with them so they were not responsible or under any obligation to help, yet they still helped contact the manufacturer and resolved all the issues which took a lot of patience, hard work and chasing on their part and they were so wonderful at keeping me in the loop the entire journey, they really care, once you buy products from them they go above and beyond to make sure all is as it should be no matter how time consuming. Special thank you to Becky for your patience, help and perseverance you went out of your way to help me and I will be forever grateful. Fab company and Customer Service 5 star, highly recommend!

Hi I would like to thank Beautiful Bambino for it's amazing customer service. We had a Snuz cot ordered which honestly took a little time to come. We were made aware from the start of the time of arrival and the company informed us of progress the whole way through. We were promised it in April and its here on time, we also had regular updates of progress when we asked and the company replied quickly and reassured us that everything was on track. I would recommend Beautiful Bambino to anyone needing quality goods and customer service.

Average- I ordered a baby carrier in December and received it on the 2nd of February took 5 weeks, it said 2-3 weeks wait. I had to keep calling to and chasing the company my self unfortunately I thought they would have updated me at least on the circumstances. I will defffo but direct next time for what I’m wanting :)

Got a beautiful cot bed for my baby for a super attractive price in their online store. I would say best price on the Internet!
It was indicated that delivery would only be in 3-4 weeks, which I was fine with since the offer was very good, but we received the items in 1,5 weeks. I haven’t managed to buy bed linen yet! :D
Communication was also very pleasant and effective.

This place was such a good find. The owner was really helpful and took a great deal of time showing us the different prams and car seats for our baby. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Unsure if this is the right trust pilot page for Beautiful Bambino in Stockport, but hopefully it is as I just wanted to leave a positive review based on my experience of shopping here.

Me and my partner visited the store a few weeks ago looking for a travel system. We are first time parents who had no idea what to look for when looking for prams. The customer service we received here was amazing, we were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much hassle. With it being the first pram shop we visited, we didn't purchase a travel system on the day because we had another shop to visit that had some different prams in stock which this store didn't supply, they didn't push us to buy anything and encouraged us to go and look at the other prams in other stores as it is a big decision to make.

Fast forward a couple of weeks, we had a negative experience at a different baby store and I messaged the company on Instagram explaining I had seen a travel system I had liked tehre and wondered if they did any bundles for the same pram. They replied almost straight away and was able to book an appointment for the following day at 10 am.

When we arrived, we were greeted by a young lad who I think was a relation to the manager. He was so helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for him - even though I had lots of questions and can be quite fussy! We were able to find the travel system we wanted and therefore ordered with these guys.

Couldn't be any happier with the service we received. Thanks guys - lovely shop, lovely staff!
