Excellent service when I had a query re: a kohl eye pencil that I’d bought. Spoke to lovely Mia who promptly came back to me with the information that I needed. Quite honestly something simple that I should’ve worked out myself, I just didn’t want to mess with the pencil.

Great company, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this genuine company again I highly recommend it.

This was my first purchase from BO and I'm very pleased with my products, they came via Amazon Shipping which was very fast, one of my items was no longer available but I received an email from the team within a couple of hours informing me of this and asking me to select another product, none of this held up the despatch in any way, thank you guys I'm sure I'll be purchasing again in the near future, keep doing what you're doing 😊

Having purchased from BEAUTYOUTLET several times previously, I have been relatively happy with them, and I continued to purchase,. However the mark of a good company is how they deal with matters when things go wrong.
As normal I purchased my order by reading the descriptions on the item pages and as Beautyoutlet have discounted prices, I tend to always try a couple of new things when I place my orders. I'm reliant on the descriptions on the product page and normally, I would even try to Google the item title to see if I can see anything else about it or any other reviews on it, but the salon pro items have very little reviews online so I am totally reliant on the description given on the product page. On this occasion the description did not state the item was for curly hair, and not for poker straight hair like I have. I ended up purchasing two of these items which I could not use. The product is called Beauty SalonPro Luscious Locks Curl Spray, however they managed to miss out the curl bit in the title . I emailed them and ask them to send me return label because I believe the fault was theirs , they refused, instead they stated that I could have read the title on the photo of the product, which is not very clear either. All in all I'm very disappointed with their way of dealing with things, I felt have they made a big deal of telling me I could return the items but I had to make sure that they were not used in any way whatsoever or I could not get a refund so for the £5 odd price, they have lost a returning customer. Yes they may be sending out cheap products for good prices etc but they are terrible at how they deal with matters when things do not go so well and I feel that they behaved very poorly on this occasion.
UPDATE: (04/05/2024) i have now been emailed twice by Trustpilot, who have stated that Beautyoutlet have got in touch with them because they believe i have left this review for the wrong company. Not true, the review has been left for the right company, please check your emails Beautyoutlet and you will see the complaint and your reply.

Great store well maintained at fantastic prices

The customer service is outstanding. I have ordered online a few times. On 2 occasions some products have been out of stock, the 1st occasion I received an email asking if I wanted a refund or to choose another product and on the 2nd occasion I received a phone call from beauty outlet explaining a product was out of stock and would I like to choose another 1 in its place. I told the lass to pick for me as I'm indecisive. Really appreciate being asked to choose an alternative.

First time I have used this company, but won’t be the last, found a product I love but was having difficulty finding,it, found it here and it was cheaper

I've been ordering from the Beauty Outlet for some time now and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. I think the service is superb and the delivery times are excellent. Always packaged really well too upon delivery. The male fragrances are brilliant, I'm working my way through quite a few whilst being in hospital I don't want to be spending/using expensive aftershaves. The Oso perfect man and Technotronics are my favourite, almost identical to the real brand and long lasting as well. Thanks for a great service and keep up the work. I'm definitely a happy customer so thank you 😊

BEWARE, This week i bought a well known make of lipstick from the beauty outlet, as I had been reading about life span of cosmetic products I started researching how to find out bbd date etc. it turns out my lipstick was 5yr 11mth old.Yes you read that right nearly 6YEARS OLD. I know they do discontinued colours etc at a discounted price, but really 6years.I would imagine if would be off or would have gone straight off when opened.
I contacted beauty outlet and they did respond promptly, said sorry product didn't meet expectations and refunded money to my account, so thumbs up for customer service response, but there was no explanation regarding such old products been sold at their outlets.
In my opinion they aren't the only ones at fault, it high time our government made manufacturers put a BBF on their products.
So maybe research the production date before buying.

Excellent service. Answered a query we had very quickly, items arrived before estimated dates and very well packaged. Very pleased.

Found some products that I can no longer find in the shops.... prices are really good , quick delivery packaged really well too will certainly recommend to my friends and will definitely be ordering again many thanks 😊

I've shopped here a few times, in store and online. I've had a couple of online orders where what I ordered was unfortunately out of stock but the team contacted me immediately with options for replacements that were as close to what I ordered as possible and even covered the price difference. 10/10!
