Came to the BeddingMill after receiving a disappointing service from a different company, and I'm glad I did.
The product I wanted was on back / pre-order everywhere I looked - including this site, so I was expecting to wait quite a while for it to arrive. However, the item was somehow delivered reliably only a few days later via DX Couriers.
The item itself met my expectations and was a gift and was greatly received.

Ordered a rug just before xmas and it arrived really quick. Great quality and very thick. Very pleased with it. I found this website randomly after a rug i ordered wasnt delivered. They had the same one in stock and it arrived in a few days

I am happy to recommend them because even though the vinyl flooring colour was different than shown and it was damaged on the edges, after a few emails back and forth we did manage to reach fair resolution. (Order #BM000007181)

Communication was good throughout, I was kept informed on when the carpet was dispatched. Carpet is really good quality and just as described. It did arrive with a dark stain but this came out with some cleaning product.

Order #BM000007060. Delivery was made 12 days after order placed due to the busy time of year but pleased with the rug which matches well with ones we already have.

This rug was bought to use in front of the sink on a stone floor. The rug arrived promptly, was well packaged and when opened found to be of excellent quality and a lovely flecked crimson colour.
I am so impressed that I am considering ordering another in a different size for under the dining table.
