I was badly let down by a company in a particular vynyl flooring I needed so after searching I saw it on Beddingmill, it was actually cheaper than previous seller, ordering process (Order #BM000007134) was so easy and the communication up to the delivery was impeccable, a great experience would certainly use again!

Excellent customer care - prompt delivery and terrific value for money on the superb rug we picked, Quality is excellent and looks great. Very good overall value would recommend to anyone buying the range of goods on offer.

The price was unbeatable, the ordering process was easy to understand. They kept me fully informed of delivery dates/times. I highly recommend Beddingmill and the rug itself was delivered in perfect condition and really well wrapped, and is absolutely beautiful and looks far more expensive than it was. I purchased vinyl flooring from this company and have given 5 stars because:
1. Before purchase I rang customer services. At first I was put off because it was a generic customer service portal for a number of firms. However on explaining my questions, I was put through to "Yousef" who confirmed the product was in stock and explained the deliver process.
2. Delivery was reasonably priced and the flooring could and was delivered within the time scale I needed with regular updates
3. The product was as described and came with a 5 year guarantee (not sure what the exclusions and conditions are, but at least it was 5 years and not 12 months)

All in all, smooth transaction, product as described and delivered in a timely manner. Thank you
