Excellent customer service & aftercare.

Bed was cheapest on the net but at that price, took almost two weeks to arrive.
Customer service told me exact date of arrival with well packaged double bed.

Twice made a call to Beds Direct as item came without any instructions first call and then fittings second time
They promptly called manufacturer to send fixings next day.
Quickly and in a orderly manner dealt with both issues well
I will use them again,even for a wait as their price is the lowest around!

From start to finish excellent transaction thank you. Would recommend to family & friends

Ordered a bedroom stool. A few days after were told is was discontinued. Shame they did not know that when we tried to ordered.
Managed to get one from Wayfair.

Ordered and paid for bed only to be advised next day that it wasn’t in stock as indicated. This was identified quickly, I was updated and refunded promptly

Good price and quality. However not much update son progress of order or tracking. Delivery man which is used by them privately was rude.

Got my bed from here, was ok, service a little slow but bed was decent quality

Customer service terrible. Delayed and had to chase up daily to get a new delivery slot as the van broke down a week earlier on my delivery slot. No apologies and very blunt conversations.

Terrible service I ordered for my Daughter as a surprise for Christmas when items came we were appalled at quality I paid £29 because I wanted it to specific room which was through Premier deliveries that I was prepared to pay I contacted Beds Direct UK to have items picked up they where in original packaging and my husband was there when driver came to pick them up all they had to do was put them on van. This company took £49 off my refund after so many emails to them I gave the order reference which is Okotete DH64QF and still have had no reply from either Beds Direct UK or Premier Deliveries

Delivery drivers are not allowed to take the mattress upstairs. To only find this out at the point of delivery was shocking. Would have expected the website to mention it along the purchasing processes. Especially as they offer an assembly service.

Non comunication regarded delivery.I was home on that day baut they left a sms just 30 mins before coming...i didn't know that in what day they will deliver...in rest so far they are ok...i didn't install yet the bed so i don't know if there are missing parts or not.

Ordered a headboard but announced that's out of stock. I got a refund a few days later no probs.

Ordered and paid for the sofa bed online at a great price and the next day find they can't supply it. Not happy

Had a phone call a few hours after the order was placed to confirm details etc. The goods were delivered next day as described on their website. There were a few small wooden dowels missing but not a big problem as they were a standard item. I would recommend them for their fast and efficient service.

No bed, no stock, not much apology, no alternative, no offer of anything to make up... not much good, sorry

Easy to order, efficient delivery and the bed looks really smart. It’s in our spare room so no one has slept on it yet but Hopi g it will be very comfortable.

This company received a three star rating because the bed was delivered at 6.30am despite a phone call the day before informing me that delivery would be between 8-10am. This is unacceptable within unsociable hours! The bed was in excellent condition, easy to put together and the orthopaedic mattress made for a great sleep. Would recommend this bed but not the delivery times. Bed rating 5 star.
