Had a sale on an item that wasn't in stock and wasn't going to be as the manufacturer wasn't making anymore!

I placed my order after the cut off for next day delivery. I received a call the following morning to advise when I would receive my order and also, offering me alternative dates, if needed. The bed was delivered exactly as promised and was easy to assemble and true to the description. My daughter loves it. All round great customer care and experience.

Best price for the mattress I wanted. Placed the order on the website and went to check on status a few days later and it said I had no orders. Phoned and was re-assured the order was there, and should receive by a certain date. Arrived by that time and very happy with the product. Would use Bed Direct again no problems.

I ordered incorrect mattress (My mistake). I phoned them and they changed the order immediately with the correct one. The mattress arrived on the day I specified. I am very pleased with the courteous way I was treated by this company and I would buy from them again.

Hello I ordered a black set of Italian bed, waited the all day for a delivery , and the delivery comes with different items. The wardrobe is cream. The headboard is cream, rear foot is black, missing item this is a mess. I want you to sort out this today. We have given away our bed and don't have a place to sleep. Spoke to the manager who suggesting that I waste another day off work to wait for a possible delivery tomorrow and sleep on the floor. This is not good service at all and should not be allowed to trade. The manager suggesting that I sleep on the mattress. For a over £2,000 bed. It is a proper mess

The company couldn’t fulfill my order and notified me straight away. They promised to refund my money and they did, promptly. I would have scored them higher if I had been notified before payment that there was a delay

Hunted high and low for a specific mattress and was thrilled to find it at Beds Direct. Ordering was straight forward, price and delivery time good, mattress arrived in perfect condition = 100% satisfied.

If anyone is looking for a good mattress at a good price from a company which provides excellent service then this is the company to go too. I ordered two health care single mattresses at 08.00 on a Thursday morning and the mattresses arrived 24 hours later !!
I couldn't fault the mattresses for quality and price and to have them delivered so quickly was great. They don't take the old mattresses away, but my local council will take them for a small fee.
All in all I rate this company very highly.

Ordered my mattress on Tuesday and it arrived Thursday. Received a few email but none have clear delivery date so lost a star for that. Either way though super happy with product and easy of ordering process - bonus that it was about 10% cheaper than other leading websites.

Top notch service, good communication and a friendly, helpful delivery driver. 😁

Bed arrived next day, all good.

I ordered a bed frame and mattress from Beds Direct and after notifying me that the mattress I ordered was no longer available from their supplier I chose a more expensive mattress of similar quality and Beds Direct did not charge an additional payment as a gesture of goodwill. I have now received the bed and mattress and am extremely happy with the products and the service provided by customer service (Ajaz) and the delivery driver and co-driver who were very courteous and efficient.
