Not even a 1 star ordered gas lift bed with orthapedic mattress got message to say delivery between 4 and 8 pm a rang driver at 5 to check as was getting rid of my daughters he said yes.
8 clock no.sign rang again said was going t be another few hours.
10clock.rang was very rude said be soon arrived 11.20 at night.
A had to take bed off van myself as he was throwing other beds around in temper
We put bed up the matress is not what ordered springs popping threw tried to contact been blocked rang driver who rudely said not my problem hung up and now blocked 400 wasted

Wouldnt even give them a one star. Ordered divan bed with orthopaedic mattress. The mattress isnt orthopaedic at all & too hard & base of bed isnt made very well aswell. Asked if could change mattress & no reply & not answering my phone calls on both numbers ive got for them for the whole week. Bed has done my back in worse bed ive had wouldnt recommend them at all.

I just order bed orthopaedic mattress and i pay forr assembling.Bed color coming Gold instead of cream the mattress is not orthopaedic 100% sure, and no one assembling or answering my phone calls since they left.This company is a scam absolutely they calling severe times from different numbers before delivery but after delivery none of the number answering never seen company do bad like that that’s insane.

ordered beds was told need to oay deposit day before delivery, advised i wasnt told this so they delivered them without deposit, beds came brought wrong size foot of bed changed for another bed said it was more expensive, messaged asking for review advised that i had not put beds together as room wasnt finished. when i put kids beds up they were both damaged and 1 matredd had a small tear in i messaged them
and showed them pictures got told
someone from delivery team
would be in touch this is a week on and still nothing they are ignoring my messages my daughter has cut her self on the cracked bit of bed as well

If I could do less than 1 star I would , service was ok , gentleman who delivered was pleasant,
Received wrong bed , been messaging to rectify and received radio silence with no attempt to answer any of my messages or calls. I’ve read reviews and wish I’d read them before placing my order .zero stars not impressed and will be reporting

Great quality bed friendly service and great prices plus the bed comes with 8 years warranty so that’s absolutely amazing

If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered a double bed and it was delivered on New Years Eve I was really pleased with the bed frame but the mattress was shocking, the spring was hanging out and really poor quality. Less than a week sleeping in the bed part of the headboard has come loose with staples now out and in the bed. I have contacted them and I have now been blocked, I have tried calling, texting and emailing and nothing back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. really disappointing as the bed is lovely just very poorly made

Do not use this company they will rip you off and currently going through legal proceedings against them over 3 beds I brought and paid cash for . Wrong beds delivered and don’t rectify the mistakes they said they would resolve on 16th December and not been in touch

Bed was delivered on time,
Only issue was on my order, I was charged for assembly of the bed £50, on delivery the delivery driver charged another £30.
Which is wrong , when I refused to pay , it was left upstairs without assembly.
Also paid additional £10 for the bed to be delivered upstairs.

If I could give 0 I would, ordered 2 beds, both got delivered fine. However once we had put them together the finishings were poor and the double mattress has sunk on one side. I wish I could attach pictures. I have been trying to contact them for 4-5 days now and they are now not replying to messages. I left a comment on their FB and Instagram tried to call them again and guess what I am blocked, How am i suppoaed to get my money back within 14 days if the company does not respond and then stops you from contacting them, what a joke
I will need to take them to small class court to get money back. Stay away from this company!!!!!°

bought a small double looked ok when we put it together then after 2 days the front of the base started sinking in and after numerous messages continues to ignore me,he told me any problems he would sort them,i would never buy a bed from them again

Excellent customer service and a seamless delivery experience. The bed exceeded our expectations, was straightforward to assemble, and the mattress is exceptionally comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Excellent and exceptionally fast service, always in contact and readily available to answer any questions, the delivery driver was very helpful and knowledgeable, it goes a long way when someone is willing to spend 10 minutes to walk you through a process.
