From order to deilvery all went superbly, always in contact through out and rapid responses....thankyou you guys...

Do not buy from these, ordered two beds, one came right, one was wrong no lift up bit messaged them to sort it and got fobbed off, told me the delivery company would arrange for it to be sorted when I rang them they just fobbed me off on the phone and put it down, beds are awful quality to, would not buy!!!

Don't buy from this company, they are an absolute joke. Bed delivered was wrong size headboard which I paid extra for. On day of delivery I rang them several times to complain and try to get replacement but no one answers the phone. I've been blocked from their Facebook page too so now I'm left with a bed which is not what I ordered and can't be used

Bed delivery timeframe was due from 3pm-7pm they arrived here at 9:30pm did not take no care when bringing the bed into my home marked my walls and photframes. Delivery driver was so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL a young girl alone and took advantage trying to add more money on for himself, abused me verbally calling me names and swearing at me outside and inside my property when my little boy was asleep in bed. AVOID !!! Disgusting customer service.

Very fast delivery, ordered the Arizona in kingsize with gaslift feature and 2000 pocket sprung mattress. Im so happy with purchase.

They are a very BIG scam , they claim you can return within 30days but they never come and fetch the products , I complained on the day of receiving and they blocked me a few days later , never refunded me as promised , never fetched the product which was or is of poor quality, not as advertised . Their pictures are photo shopped . They are deceiving consumers…SCAM SCAM SCAMMERS!!!‼️‼️‼️

I’ve given this 1 star only because I couldn’t give it zero!
Please please please do not even think about buying anything from this company!
They did not supply the upgraded mattress that was paid for
They did not supply the bed frame that was paid for
They did not assemble the bed well they tried, broke it and left my house without completing the job. Leaving the bed so unsafe it could literally so unsafe could have killed my 2 year old
They offer full no quibble refund guarantee but hav3 not replied to any of my emails, fac3 book messengers and refuse to answer my telephone calls
After leaving an honest review on face book they have blocked me
I have the photos of how the bed was left and the state my bedroom was left in
I also have video footage of the so called delivery driver/company owner please don’t waste your money and go else where

Totally rubbish company who don’t deserve to be trading or have customers and I can’t for the life of me understand why trading standards won’t do anything about them
