Bed and mattress ordered. Why call yourself bedznextday when you don’t even deliver a week after ordering. Placed order, chased over weekend as nothing in order confirmation states any idea on delivery. Was told delivery would be Friday (tomorrow). Still hadn’t heard anything so emailed today asking for update as no dispatch or tracking received. Was told they are closed for eid tomorrow so no delivery until at least Tuesday!!! Ridiculous!!!!! Fair enough to close for eid but why tell me delivery would be then on Friday? And why is delivery not Saturday or Monday??? Disgusting! Had booked the day off work tomorrow to take delivery & sort bed-now told it’s not even coming tomorrow and that’s only because I emailed chasing it!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Edited to say that they promised a discount after delivery for messing about with delivery dates- company now IGNORING ALL EMAILS AND NO DISCOUNT GIVEN!!!

Seriously just buy from somewhere else this company is a disgrace

Brilliant service throughout. Arranged delivery but due to bank holiday it was changed, but they phoned and kept in contact. They were always available. Nothing was too much trouble. Delivery driver was lovely and great sense of humour. Bed was great quality for the price (bought as a dog bed). Headboard very stylish. Brilliant service.

ordered and delivered inside 3 days had comms to tell me when delivery and was spot on.very minor issue was, why have a delivery driver to deliver a big heavy item when (no offence) he was about 60 and about 4 stone with a wet duffle coat on, lucky i could do it myself,other than that superb service.company can not be blamed for the delivery driver i just thought it was quite funny

Ordered my mattress and asked it for Friday (ordered on Monday) Called on Friday night and advised it was coming Sunday which was fine.
Sunday came....no mattress. So I emailed and was told “the driver was outside my home on Sunday and called me but I didn’t answer” I asked for proof of this call as I had no missed calls. I chased on Tuesday and was told by email “we have proof the mattress was left at your address” I replied saying that’s odd as they said it wasn’t delivered as I didn’t answer. I then got a call advising it was the wrong customer?!
Emailed on Wednesday chasing refund and proof of ‘call’ from driver on Sunday. Was told driver didn’t have proof, at least I think that’s what was meant as emails are not written very well. Either way...still no proof that they even came to my home. Still waiting for refund but it has finally been processed as I have had refund confirmation email however, I did have to chase for this. I get that from time to time things happen but this company just blatantly lie. The amount of hassle it has caused me for a mattress is not worth it. I would rather deal with a respectable, trustworthy company. AVOID.

Further to you reply. How dare you. I have asked you in 4 separate occasions to show proof of the “call” you made to me which I apparently did not answer and I am yet to see the proof. Happy for you to post proof on here? I am also happy to upload every one of the 17 emails exchanged asking for proof of the call and a refund.

Mattress is really comfy and great value will definitely use again and i look forward to buying a bed from you guys! Great communications too and was able to collect next day’s

Excellent price and quality, quick delivery, will be using again and recommend, the only thing is dont get update emails or delivery date and time

Ordered a new mattress, wasn’t sure at first as never heard of the company, but 3 days later I had a call to let me know they would be with me in 10 minutes, lovely delivery man, very helpful with bringing it into my property, the mattress was well wrapped and very very comfy. Came in a luxury van which I didn’t expect.
Will definitely be ordering from here again.

This is my second bed i have brought from here, they are beautiful beds, well worth the money, fast delivery and great customer services.

We chose a lovely kingsize divan bed and mattress.
What we didn't realise was that we would struggle to get the 2 piece base up our stairs. After a quick call to them they said they do the base in 4 pieces so we arranged to swap just the bases. Which happened within a couple of days.
I have found this company so helpful and efficient with responding to my emails/calls regarding exchanging. And our bed is just so comfy!!! Very happy with it.

The people who work for this company lie a lot, tell you your things are out for delivery, tell you they will call you back. Customer service they clearly don’t know the meaning of the word. The only way I finally got someone to call me was because I threaten to get trading standards involve. AVOID AVOID AVOID

And PLEASE IGNORE THE REPLY FROM THEM NO DISCOUNT WAS EVER APPLIED TO MY ORDER.JUST ANOTHER LIE.

Nothing wrong with the bed the 1 star is for the delivery never come across such a rude person in my life 9 months pregnant and no help at all the way he spoke to me was disgusting

Order a king size bed with headboard and mattress.

Website defaulted our shipping address to our billing address, despite inputting a different shipping address.

Called soon after order was made to ask for this to be changed over.

Never got through till the next day, guy on the end of the phone seemed extremely disinterested in helping, claiming it would be done soon and an email would be sent to confirm.

Never got an email and eventually I get a email from their logistic company ( Panther Logistics ) . Called them to confirm the address had been changed over, they told me it wasn't and the company had to do this, as they had no access to it.

Called the company again, same guy on call, completely disinterested and blaming his heavy work load for the lack of effort to help.

Highly unprofessional, again asked for this to be changed and was assured an email would be sent to confirm ( this Never happened )

Day before the delivery was due, I contacted Panther Logistics via their FB page to ask if the address change had occurred, I also messaged Bedznextday.co.uk to ask the same thing.

Panther within 30 minutes replied to my message advising it had been changed over.

Bedznextday.co.uk did not reply till the day of delivery about the change.

Delivery day ( no issues with Panther finding the address ) efficient team who offloaded from the van, and were very polite.

Took in the delivery, and discovered that both drawers were broken at the back ( shody craftsmanship, thin boards put together with glue which was flimsy and fell apart as we adjusted them into their slots under the bed.

Upon discovering this, I took several pictures and sent them over to the company, they replied the next day via phone call ( same guy on call when I tried to change addresses ), he outright tried to blame Panther Logistics which is disgusting because the state the drawers were in was not done in transit, this occurred because flimsy materials were used to build the drawers and the back were not properly attached.

He asked if we wanted the drawers replaced or the full base, chose to have the drawers replaced ( as I write this, I'm still waiting on the delivery of these today, the company called my partner, and they struggled to navigate the address which they already knew in full, it appears as though they have one of their workers from the warehouse delivering this time, instead of someone from Panther Logistics )

Disgusting service overall from this company, the only professionalism was from the delivery crew.

Will not be getting from this company again, because their items arrive broken, they simply do not care when it's needed and their items are made of cheap, nasty materials.

One man operates this company out of a warehouse in Birmingham, they do not hand make these items, they are bulk bought from somewhere else and sold under this companies name ( do not be fooled )

I'm just lost for words since waiting for mattress to be returned because of size not fit. I had to wait till Wednesday 14th april 2021. But came two days early out of the blu they called me in morning said they have a mattress to deliver and to pick up the old wrong size fit mattress to collect. Which they did and they delivered perfectly efficiently and with empathy professionalism and with dedication to doing right by there customers and helping them and easing there worries. Outstanding a tremendous 5* for me I will buy again and will recommend friends and family

No confirmation of when bed was being delivered. When I called the company the guy seemed like he was too busy to help with my enquiry and eventually when bed was delivered it was damaged. Wouldn’t use them again. Poor customer service. Product easy to assemble but had no instructions and for the price I expected but better.

The mattress was easy to order, delivered in good time, great communication from seller and the mattress is even better than expected. I have slept really well every night since it was delivered, will definitely use this company again.

No tracking service to see how far nothing at all and the don’t even answer your e mails
