After being told about 2 man delivery one man turned up with the bed on his own and struggle to get in the house. Then the discount code did not work but they said they would refund the money I am still waiting after several days is still having fun there discount

I went for this company because its a family run business and I like to support these companies rather than your direct huge money making corporate ones.

I ordered Friday with ease online and emailed to confirm the booking as I always like to confirm.

It arrived Wednesday before mid day, and it did have slight damage on the slat but that's being replaced without a problem at all.

My first proper adult bed and being pregant it was needed! I got the Nice - Las Vegas style it's stunning heavy good quality to.

I also got a pocket memory mattress which is very comfortable and the phrase I slept like a log was very true last night.

Spoke to Mr Hussain and zara who sorted any questions I had.

I can only speak, as I find, THIS COMPANY HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT WITH THE 2 ORDERS, DELIVERIES, HAVE BEEN AS PROMISED ,DRIVERS VERY POLITE AND KEPT ME INFORMED RE DELIVERIES. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO DEAL WITH BEDZNEXTDAY AGAIN FOR ANYTHING ELSE ,SORRY SOME PEOPLE HAVE HAD ADVERSE COMMENTS BUT I HAVE FOUND EVERYTHING AS I HAVE SAID EXCELLENT, ALSO RE QUALITY AND PRICE.

Be careful of this company they ripped us off them and clear pay , cancelled our order after they taken money ,won't give back they put own reviews sbad ones are real reviews,do not use this company,

Recieved the bed I ordered, placed order on Friday, and was delivered a week later. Was a bit of messing with delivery date as was told Wednesday then Friday then Saturday. But it came today on the Saturday. Delivery driver was pleasant and on time.

.I previously left a very harsh review for this Company, which I am now retracting and rewriting. I was contacted by the company within minutes of me leaving the review, and after sending them photographs of the problem mattress, and speaking to their representative on the phone, I am pleased about their swift response and willingness to resolve the matter. I have apologise to the company for my harsh comments, however, after attempting to contact them several times without success, the frustration of having bought an item in good faith and then finding out that the item I bought was not the item I ordered, raised the situation to another level. I now understand that the problem lies with the manufacturer of the mattress, and the Company is as much a victim as I am. So moving on from here, I have upped the 1 star rating I previously gave this company, to 4 stars, and as soon as the problem with the mattress is complete resolved, I will be happy to give this company 5 stars and my recommendation.

When the bed got delivered there was only one man so I had to help with a super king size bed into my house when I paid for delivery once the bed was unwrapped the quality was really poor will never buy from this company again

Avoid this company their service is appalling, poor quality, incompetent and unresponsive. I ordered a bed and had confirmation that bed and mattress would be arriving Thursday, the base arrived without the mattress then no contact until I called them they finally answered and said it would be coming Monday leaving my child without a bed as I had got rid of her old to make room for the new old. To add insult to injury o then received an email stating the mattress would be with me today between 8 to 8pm brilliant news So I have waited until 4pm to call the driver for a rough estimate for delivery and he said he is not coming now until Monday. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with their service and no contact so I would have waited in until 8pm and no bed!!! Don't waste your time or money with this company

This is the second time using this company and the service is excellent. From ordering online to delivery it was very efficient and delivered quickly and safely. The product is excellent and matches description.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COST. .... I ve reported them to trading standards & im in the prossess of steps to take these horrible people to court as they ve refused point blank to co-operate in a descent lawful manner....their selling extremely poor quality items and advertising them as high quality... They dont send you the rte products... You get sent the WRong colours etc etc list goes on.... READ THEIR SMALL PRINT ON RETURNS ETC... they ask you for 20%off the item your returning plus anything between £30 to £249 for the collection of the item they have wrongly sold you THEIR CORRUPTE.... Out to fleece whoever they can..... I have been in talks with Citizen Advice Bureau & Trading standards since June These VILE creatures are cocky arrogant lairs who r just afyer your money.......thet ve got away with it for to long..... SEE YOU IN COURT!!!!!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!! ordered a bed and mattress for my daughter on 23rd June and I still haven't received a full bed, I still have 2 of 4 packages and the it's the wrong half of the bed! They don't care their customer service is shocking and they lie and say they'll refund but I'm still waiting! I have reported this company to trading standards. If I could rate minus stars I would!!!

Ordered a single divan base for my son, arrived on time, but broke immediately, flimsy wood, said they would exchange which I didn’t want as son autistic, he would not even try another. Wanted money back. Been waiting a month, meant to collect old bed and still waiting, even though I’d been given several dates to collect nobody turned up.

Ordered one day and a couple of days later get an email saying delivering next day..get phone call to say they can deliver early hours in morning but I couldn’t due to family events but they left it where I said and all was fine at 640am in the morning..thankfully it wasn’t raining. Good CS from beginning to end.

Nothing negative to say about the products my bed is great quality and mattress is extremely comfy, the delivery service however was a very disappointing experience, the delivery man came to my door and told me the bed base and mattress was too heavy to deliver up the stairs to my flat and I’d need to get help to do it myself, he also told me my headboard was not in the delivery van, he left my items in my communal close, I am a 5ft 2 petite woman and I managed to get the bed base and mattress up to my flat myself even though it was exhausting. I obviously contacted the company and they were very fast at contacting me back to resolve the matter, my headboard was in the delivery van although driver couldn’t locate it, I am currently waiting for my headboard to be redelivered to me, if it hadn’t of been for this I’d have given them a 5 star review but the delivery service is what was disappointing.

Fantastic quality for money. Easy order process, good communication regarding delivery and friendly delivery service! I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I made an order last Friday and the expected delivery date was the following Thursday but it arrived on the Tuesday! I made a few emails in regards to the colour and material of different beds on their website in order to choose the right material for my own and the responses were quick and informative.

Bed quality poor. Delivery was delayed by about 2 weeks. Agreed partial refund but they haven’t honoured it.

Filling in small claims court forms as I speak, not being treated like this, appalling company

Just a quick update, today 26th Aug 2021. After couple of good emails exchanged with the sales team, they came 2 weeks ago to replace my mattress. The problem now is that they arrived with a totally different mattress, nothing similar with my initial order that i placed. Because the mattress i had wasn't expanded it was uncomfortable to sleep on, and because the driver asked me to try it on , that it might be good for us, i accepted the mattress. When i went upstairs with it i realised that it is a spring memory foam, which doesn't work for us at all. This is one type that we totally wanted to avoid. So i emailed back to the company, they told me that it will be sorted out on Monday as they do not work on the weekends. Monday they told me that they will send the replacement by Thursday. Thursday they told me that they will be in my area Tuesday. Tuesday they said by Thursday again. And here i am on Thursday, without any more answer from the company and a mattress that is not what i ordered and not suitable for us at all. I sleep very bad at night, but they don't seem to understand how important it is a good night rest. I honestly want the same mattress delivered or my money back.

I ordered a matress from them, which came in few days, so i was more than happy with this. But even though i followed their recommendations of leaving it 72 hours for it to fluff up, it didn't. I ended up having an uneven matress. It has been now more than a week since i got the matress and still the same. I contacted customer service and i attached pictures as well but they even didn't bother to reply back. I honestly asked for suggestions to help the mattress to get the right shape or if it is faulty to have it replaced, as it is not my fault it didn't expand how it should be. I even suggested to deliver me the mattress as it is, not vacuumed. But as i said, the moment they got the money they don't care about customers and the service they provide. So..it is a gamble, what you gonna get if you buy from them. I personally wouldn't recommend it. The 2 stars is only for quick delivery.

I ordered a mattress on July 28th late in the evening because it was in an offer and the same mattress elsewhere was over £100 more expensive.

I received an email the following day to advise it would be delivered on the 30th between 8am and 8pm, and by midday it was safely on the bed frame. It is exactly as described and I feel I have received excellent value for money.

It is a shame other people seem not to have received good service from this company, but having also ordered a bed frame from them before, I have no complaints at all and would definitely order again.
