The owner of this company was absolutely amazing not only did he pull all his work from his current delivery supplier he hired a van and got his staff to deliver my bed and also gave me 10% discount due to the inconvenience caused I got this via Clearpay and they have to notify Clearpay of the discount offered amazing so I would recommend and hopefully next bed I buy will be smooth process thank you again for everything

Absolutely disgusting customer service - never answer the phone or emails or texts. Took weeks to sort out my complaint. Mattress really bad quality, managed to finally return but they took £65 off the total!!!

Overall good and bad experience…
Company as a whole not very well organised! People at the store are hopeless! Failed to answer calls some days, hung up when we got angry and messed up delivery.
Good news: Got our velvet beds EVENTUALLY. Lush n very comfy!

I ordered just a mattress discounted with Bedz next day through clear pay. Ordered on the 5th of January, was due to be delivered on the 12th, there was an issue with delivery so was told this would be delivered on the 14th. The mattress came delivered on the 14th, one part of the stitching had come undone on the side. I emailed to inform them and they got back to myself straight away. They offered myself 20% and that would be refunded on clear pay and an exchange of mattress as this must have been a factory fault or packaging fault. The new mattress came Monday 17th and the next day (18th) the 20% discount was applied threw clear pay on my final payment. Overall I am satisfied with the service given.

Room for improvement from reading the previous reviews but my experience was very satisfied. 4/5 stars. Thankyou very much.

I also ordered a divan bed threw this company around 6 months ago with a headboard and had absolutely no issues or problems or anything.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

We ordered a bed in December and was told it would be delivered on a certain date, unfortunately this date was too late for us (which was we understood because of the season), so we cancelled the order and went to get one from Argos instead. I was told over the phone (when I eventually got through), that it was cancelled and we would be refunded through Klarna. I notified Klarna of the return, but I still received no notification from Bedznextday. So I emailed them the following week and they said it would be cancelled this time the following Friday. A week after that and it still hadn't been done. We then get an email from Klarna saying they will resume payments unless the company informs them of the refund/cancellation. So I rang the company twice more and again they said it had been done there and then, but to wait for the confirmation within the next 5 minutes. Still, nothing! So to prevent Klarna taking further payments, I contacted them directly and they asked for proof- which I thankfully had thanks to the emails. They then investigated and thankfully, we got refunded.

I'm not sure where these good reviews are coming from, cause this company is a joke! I feel sorry for anyone who paid them directly cause you're probably not going to get your money back unless you report them for fraud.

EDIT: Looking at the previous review where you have spammed the lady with calls about what she put on trustpilot, I dont think I will give you the order number. You've said you don't normally take payment and then not reply back, well that is exactly what you did. 3 times you lied to us over the phone saying you processed the refund, and I even have email evidence from a month ago saying it was done too. Low and behold, it was not. Funnily enough, reporting it to klarna seemed to do the trick, although we are still waiting for the refund to hit our bank account! Thankfully, you can't take anymore payments at least!

Don't actually know where to start bed was delayed due to a family tragedy which is acceptable these this happen but was strung along for about 2 weeks ,firstly you can never get an answer and when you do ..I totally believe we were constantly lied to . We were told ,Friday email said Saturday to had to call back to confirm was it Friday or Saturday ...was assured it was Friday so on Friday nothing I called got through he "called" the delivery company but to be honest I don't actually believe he had called anyone told we would get a discount and it would be Saturday but then got an email saying it would be Monday and call sohail if there are any questions so Monday comes so I call sohail on the number given en on the email got no answer ,got a call from a private number I said hello he said hello ........silence I said hello you called me ..so.....he replied you called me you with held your number so how am I supposed to know that turns out it was the number I called anyway told me to call the office ..I started to ask if he was the delivery driver ..he hung up ..so I called the number on the email again ..to get the same man told me very rudely as I told you call the office .....why give out that number if he doesnt want you to call
I called the office and he told me he was sick of this delivery company( which I truly believe its his own van and not 3rd party as they would be allowed to give out 3rd party phone numbers )
Anyway he said it wouldn't be coming today and said he would refund me ......which has bow been done
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY SAID THEY HAVE 30 YEARS EXPERIENCE WHEN ONLY BEEN TRADING JUST OVER A YEAR ........

Great Divan at a great price . I have to admit I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews. However I received great customer service. Delivery was slightly delayed due to holidays but I was kept up to date , with great communication . I received an email the day before delivery with contact details of the driver and saying it would be delivered between 8am-8pm. The driver arrived promptly at 8am the next morning. I have one very happy teen daughter with her new bed . Thank you

Placed an order with a week to go before Christmas and completely missed their Pre Christmas cut off date, however the very next day 1 out of my 3 mattresses arrived. 2 days later the other 2 came. Now considering I wasn't expecting them until January I was gobsmacked by the speedyness and efficiency of this company.

Had my bed delivered today brilliant Quality for the price i paid when other stores are charging over £600 for the same bed , only thing i can moan about is the delivery it come unexpectedly but still would buy off this company again value for money

Second review posted 8 days after my first. Still got absolutely nowhere regarding the cancellation of my order and them refunding klarna.

Very hard to contact this company and they have a new reason every time.

So far there has been a family bereavement, something wrong with their system being unable to put a refund through.. and now today I was told they have left the country due to a car crash abroad.

Zero stars.

Ordered my mattress 2 weeks ago and still havnt got it Ive emailed and called so many times and only had a reply once to say they will get someone to call me on the Monday for delivery on the Tuesday Obviously not heard a thing since I wish id read the reviews before i ordered AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!

I would not recommend this company at all. Terrible service. Ordered 20cm Memory Foam mattress and told delivery would be on the following Wednesday. Waited in until late afternoon and called them to be told my delivery would be the Friday. Called on the Friday and was given the number of the delivery guy only to be told by him it was not on the van. Called their office again and who they blamed the delivery driver. I said I wanted to cancel the order and stupid me changed my mind after I was offered a further 15% off! Suffice to say that never happened and the sent me a 15cm mattress instead of the 20cm I ordered and paid for. Of course since delivery I have not been able to get hold of them by phone or email!!! Never again! Total rip off!

Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company, was messed about with delivery then the headboard wasn’t delivered with the bed so had to wait for that. We’ve had the bed 5 months and already the bed base has broken on one side. Tried to email the company but no one is replying. The beds look nice but the quality is terrible.

Ordered a bed 5 weeks ago and still not been delivered. Was told 3 weeks ago it will be delivered next week, now they just ignore phone and emails! No communication at all, bedznextday is very misleading should be called rip off beds!

Received my bed loved it! Came across this website as friends have previously ordered! Would definitely recommend fast replies through their email and delivery was good !! Definitely will be back.

I ordered from here for a bed for my son. I ordered and paid - but received no confirmation email. I phoned the shop and no answer, emailed and sent messages.
I was finally contacted back and struggled to get an answer then was told somebody would eventually call me. I said I wasn't happy that this was the path most customers had to take being left without knowing a single thing and waiting perhaps days for a phone call for confirmation to which I was told my order would be cancelled.

It was only when I'd said id contacting a third party to dispute that a manager called in a panicked tone first thing the next morning to apologise and assured the bed would be delivered in 4 days. (despite it being 'next day' beds)

The day before I got an automated email saying the bed would arrive the following day - the day arrived and I took a day off work unpai and waited in. It got to afternoon and I received an automated email - so I phoned up the number given and no answer after multiple times trying to connect to somebody trying all numbers to ask what was going on and was connected to panicked manager again and told the driver had phoned in sick and it would be another day. I'm unsure why the driver re assigned to the route couldn't deliver.

I then waited in on the next day promised another unpaid day off work. I had no confirmation again by afternoon so phoned and phoned and no answer again eventually got through to the driver who said an estimated time that came and went so I tried to contact and spoke to the manager again who argued with the driver (the same one who phoned in sick the day prior) who phoned me to say he lived local and he'd come and bring the bed that must have been sitting down the road with him whilst I sat with no answer.

He eventually came playing loud music in a van and dropped the bed at the front door and sped off. I'm a single mum on my own and to carry a bed and headboard upstairs and to be just dumped with a divan bed to carry upstairs and headboard.

But within regards to actually receiving if it wasn't for complaining again and again and phoning and getting myself in to a state I dont feel it would have even been delivered that day.

I was promised I'd be refunded for a small portion but I've waited days for said refund - emailed and phoned again and again and nothing.

I was also given the wrong color been than ordered but another thing I cannot find the energy to try and complain about!

Avoid at all costs

I have bought a few of these Chesterfield style beds of other companies on Clearpay and they are absolutely crap this one I thought I’ll give it a go and I can see clearly one of the best beds out of a six-bought and sent back this is clearly one of the best ones I’ve seen putting it together and the design is clearly one of the best on Clearpay I recommend thank you very much as I am a carpenter I can See clearly this one has been made decent with very heavy duty slats which is very rare nowadays
