Made an order is good faith to support small businesses. Wish I had read the reviews on here first now. It’s like everyone says you make a order and just simply get excuses and don’t receive the items.
Chasing a refund.

Still no mattress, still no refund this company just ignores pleas and open disputes to cancel and refund the customer.

Ordered a base for a bed then had to contact them because had not heard about a delivery was told it would come on a Monday then had a email to say it would be Tuesday because of jubilee weekend then no bed rang them then promised Saturday I told them sick of excuses if it is not delivered Saturday i want my money refunded I emailed them Friday for a delivery time then 3 hours later had a email to say it was not in stock so they were going to refund me I have had my refund go back in the bank but will never use them again very unreasonable service from them

Disgusting customer service! I’ve had 3 beds from them as replacements because they’ve all collapsed!! I’ve had the most recent bed in my home for a month where they keep saying they’ll come to collect it & wont!!! Disgraceful

Well, I ordered a mattress from them last Friday. Therefore, knowing that it was bank holiday I expected to have to wait until the following Monday to be able to receive updates on my order.

Monday comes, I then ring several times only for the call to cut out and a disconnected dial tone beeps until you hang up! No reply via there email address.
I was suspicious of wrong doing from the confirmation email I received gmail actually warned me that it may not have come from the company themselves. Fishy.

17th June. I had been successful in getting my money back off this company through emails.. BUT I have tried to contact the company again via their contact numbers today because I have had the mattress I ordered delivered to the front of my flat!! Please bare in mind that I had in fact cancelled on the 7th of June 2022, received refund into my bank account too so I thought it was all dealt with! Ugh disgraceful. I give them two weeks to resolve.

Do not buy from this company. Brought a mattress they delivered the wrong one the delivery driver refused to take it back. I was sent a cheap mattress not the same as ordered . For two weeks now i have been told that they will collect the wrong mattresa and send the one I ordered. I have been goven 4 days that the have meant to delivery but no show on each time . Had to phone company and ask why they have not come each time they say that it will definitely be coming on the . Ive taken time off work once again and again no show and no answer on phone . Rubbish customer service they are time wasters avoid avoid

I purchased two divan beds and am happy with them. It took one and a half weeks for them to arrive, but I was prepared for it taking some time after having read the other reviews. Tbh, last time when I ordered a bed from Argos delivery took even longer. Apart from this I have no complaints, good quality!

Very pleased with my son mattress. Delivery man was very nice. The was a confusion as to when matress would be delivered as I thought was next day delivery as company says nextdaybedz but after contacting through email delivery date was confirmed for 4 days after ordering. Very pleased with customer service as they replied back to me straight away.

I posted a review about this company and the problems I had with missed delivery and failing to refund my money.
So here is my updated review. A short time after posting the review ,I was contacted by the Director of the company. Got an apology from him. He said it was an error by the accounts office, and promised to get it sorted that day.....
Well after a couple of days and several calls and txt messages from the director himself,I have now had a refund. So, in my opinion. We all make mistakes,but it is how you react to the mistake and correct it is the important thing.In this case, it did take a few days,but once the director got involved the mistake or error was completely sorted. So in summary,I don't have a problem recommending this company,but if you do have a problem contact the director as I did and the issue will be resolved.

I ordered a divan base with storage.
The bed was really sturdy and very well upholstered.
The drawer are good quality and not flimsy like some other bed suppliers.
The bed arrived the next day which was a Saturday, quick work indeed.
The delivery driver was really nice and super helpful 👍

Disappointed poor quality and bloody dangerous, sharp staples sticking out, the material was not fitted properly, the base is flimsy, total lash up and they don’t answer he phone, while unpacking the bed I caught my leg on one of the staples that cut my calf muscle, this was sticking out the headboard along with 15 others, the bottom of the frame where you pick it up is the same.

Bought a bed last Aug for 650 told them at the time it was faulty they sent out replacement parts which wasn't the problem.the problem was the substandard bed frame for a not so substandard price! So after months of false promises and lies I am now in process of taking the jokers to court!
Also I have opened up a investigation with clearpay hopefully they won't be able to trade threw them . Please please save yourself a lot of stress by avoiding these rip off merchants!!!!!

Ordered a kingsize bed and mattress, next day delivery nope, they should change their name .
Delivery driver a really nice guy, then it goes down hill big time .
Emptied the bedroom to put in the new bed, opened the box no fittings, screws , bolts nothing.
Only the bed.
Had to sleep on the mattress on the floor, that was last week still sleeping on a mattress on the floor .

Telephoned 4 times and emailed numerous times, told sorry I will get the screws in the post.
That was last week, hey ho still no screws, still sleeping on the floor.
I even had to ask can I get some money refunded for the inconvenience, was told yes !
You have guessed it still waiting , guess I am on my way to trading standard’s.

Go buy a bed from someone else. Beds next day, ha ha ha ha, more like beds some time next month. Then when you do get your bed then you find a previous opened box which has been taped back together. And you guessed it, parts missing. Emails, phone calls and broken promises and the missing parts have still not arrived. These guys are liars, they tell you parts are in the post, you wait a week and still no parts have arrived.

Sub standard product with poor design, poor packaging quality (There is no assurance that product reach without damage).

!!WARNING!! Lot of Staples (need safety glove) and worst finishing (look like scrapyard design).

Cost -- high and Quality -- Low

It is just warning for the other buyer

Horrendous company. Ordered a mattress to be delivered next day on a Saturday, assumed Monday being next working day. I emailed on the Monday to get a time for delivery, they emailed back saying it would be Thursday between 8am and 8pm, so I took a holiday from work. I called on Thursday to see if they could give me a rough time only to be told it would now be Saturday. I asked him to give me a guideline of when it would arrive and he told me he would speak to driver and get back to me. I waited two hours and tried to call back repeatedly. I emailed and still had no reply. I eventually got through on Tuesday and I am waiting on someone getting back to me. I will be going elsewhere and hopefully get my refund soon. Do not shop here

Taking this company to court: Case reference DBN-SG135-22. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Damaged mattress, had the run around similar to other reviews on this site, lies and promises broken, aggressive tone from Director, promised to fully refund, still waiting. Forced to take them to court as I am sitting with a damaged mattress and no refund. This company is in breach of several statutory guidelines. Avoid the stress and buy elsewhere, poor product and poor customer services.

Bought a bed in November 2021 which was faulty. Took weeks to get a replacement after empty promises and cancelled deliveries on the day. When we finally got a replacement it was the wrong colour. The bed then actually collapsed so we asked for a collection and refund at the beginning of December. Was given a collection date to then have that cancelled too the night before. Just before Christmas we were told that due to a family emergency they couldn't resolve this til the new year. Still no contact by the middle of January. Finally they gave me another collection date. By this point it was dismantled and taking up space we don't have. Chased the collection on the day as it hadn't been collected by 5pm, was told they would send the drivers number and never received it. Couldn't contact them after that as they had closed for the evening. Called the next day to be told it would be collected that day and again mo collection. Called them and was given the drivers number. Called the driver who said he was nowhere near our property so wouldn't be collecting that day. The driver also said he was just a driver so he wasn't sure why they had given his number. Was told it would be collected the next day and it finally was. 2 and a half months after we asked for it to be collected! We then had the game of chasing for our refund. We were even told at one point it had been done and when the money didn't arrive in the bank the 'director of the company' said he would do it that day, so obviously it hadn't been refunded when I was told it had been. After a few weeks we finally got a refund after starting a claim with the small claims service. Once they realised it would go to court they refunded me, however the refund was £30 short. When I asked about this they said it was because the bed had been used. We had used the bed however it had then developed a fault so we are under the impression a full refund is owed? We have taken many days off work for the deliveries that never happened. Bed wasnt delivered 'next day' and not a 2 man delivery service as the website states, just 1 man who left it at the door. Awful company, rarely answer the phone, empty promises, call backs never received and just an awful experience! Would not recommend at all!

My mum ordered my daughters bed four weeks ago, we was told by the company it would be delivered the following Friday, it didn't come so we called & we was told it wasn't in n stock, but will be definitely delivered by the week, after two different occasions of me waiting in again it didn't turn up again, they then said it was due to their suppliers again promised it would be delivered by the Friday just gone, my daughters having to sleep in my bed and I'm on the sofa I'm disabled and we have told them this over and over and we just kept getting excuses the last one being the delivery van had broken down in chesterfield and we where their next delivery "in Sheffield" I'm sick of being messed around now, never known a company like it, we haven't had no apologies or a refund yet! I'll be recommending people alright but not to spend or waste their time on this company!

Fantastic customer service from the point of the bed being ordered to it being delivered by the very helpful delivery man, the mattress is so comfortable and I highly recommend this company
