Ordered a mattress on Sunday,delivered on the Friday. Driver phoned to say he was half an hour away. Can’t fault them and would use them again .

Ordered my bed before reading reviews and felt disappointed but following emails and quick responses, my bed was delivered on time. I’m so please with it, great quality and value for money.

If I could offer 0 stars I would have been happier. Ordered bed base on 3rd October and got an email confirmation immediately. Heard nothing so contacted them and asked when i could expect delivery. I was told 'by Wednesday' this being last Wednesday. Contacted them last Wednesday to ask for an estimated delivery time to be told they had supply issues and it would be 'by Friday'. Later on that day I was told Friday or Saturday and then it was changed to Monday (today). I've tried calling the office number and mobile number on the email but they are ignoring calls. Still had no email confirming delivery today so I believe, like many others on here, that I will not be receiving the bed base

UPDATE I was told yesterday their logistics company have let them down and it would be 'by Thursday' this week. I've told them we cannot keep taking time off work and that we are not available on Thursday. Now they are ignoring calls and emails so I've reported this to Klarna

Avoid. I ordered a bed through Clearpay. I got no confirmation email to say my order had been recieved. I emailed next day to ask if they got my order and when will I get bed delivered They finally emailed back to say my bed was going to be delivered on Saturday 7th October. My grandaughter and her partner got rid of my old bed. I thought one night on my sofa won't hurt. I was advised that I will get an email the day before with delivery drivers name and phone number and was to contact delivery driver for delivery time slot. No email came. The day of delivery still no email. Tried to ring no answer. I emailed to ask if bed was still coming today. They finally emailed back to say my bed wasn't being delivered today something to do with logistics. I was fuming. They said my bed would be delivered next week and they will give me some compensation for the delay. I have disability issues, health issues and depression and anxiety. I emailed back to say I don't want the bed and I was reporting them to Trading Standards. They emailed back to say they will ring me. I told them not to bother. Luckily my family were able to buy me a bed and delivery within a few hours. The stress of the whole nightmare has made me poorly.
Clearpay have been amazing. I've been refunded. I wish I had read the reviews about this company.

I ordered a bed from bedznextday on 23rd August, as I wanted a double divan with drawers by Slumberdream.
I understood that there was a delay with my order, due to supply issues to make it, as is the case with most new things nowadays.
I emailed on 5th September to find out when I could expect delivery, and got a response straight away saying the following Friday.
I then got a message with the drivers name, Imtaiz and contact number.
He arrived promptly and was very polite and hardworking.
I was rather surprised that he was having to deliver heavy beds by himself, as on the website it stated 2 man delivery, but apart from that everything was fine for me and I got what I wanted.
The only thing is that the name of the company is rather misleading.

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing from this company. 3 times they have said they will deliver and didn’t show up. No reply to emails and calls such bad service I don’t understand how they are allowed to trade the amount of people saying they have had the same issues!

Absolutely terrible company… cannot see why it still is in business and other sites promote them. Never answer emails, never answer calls and never deliver the items. Avoid avoid avoid at all costs. Complete scam of a company anyone that writes a good review is either family or a paid friend.

Please can someone step in and shut this terrible company down.

I ordered a bed with bedsnextday but had found an alternative bed and cancelled my order through email. They responded within half an hour and we had the order cancelled even after processing had already taken place with delivery. I had to pay a £30 fee due to that but all in all was very easy and happy to help customer service.

Hi received my mattress today it was a replacement havent tried it out yet but should be firmer than the last.

SCAM!!! THEY NEVER DELIVER. LIE AFTER LIE... WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Abysmal service.
I been chasing for my delivery since monday. They blamed the logistics manager for no show on monday.
Should of known it was suspicious when I never received a confirmation email when I brought the bed.
Twice they have cancelled after i have chased them.
I have spent the last 4 fours without a bed. Taken three days off work.
If the bed does not arrive today i will post the thread and file a claim in the courts for professional negligence
Also the trading standard office have been advised.I have suspended payments as well.
The response via email is not the service you would expect.
They have until today as "promised"
I suggest everyone file a county court claim.

SCAM company.
Won’t deliver goods, won’t pick up the phone, won’t refund.

How I wish I had read reviews on here first before ordering a bed from them, shocking company. I ordered a bed on the 22nd of July and was told it would arrive by the 1st of August, bed never arrived and no one bothered to contact me as to why, I sent an email asking for an update as to what’s happened, but no one has bothered to reply back to me, I’ve now sent another email telling them to cancel the order and refund my money, but no one has replied to that either. If I don’t hear anything by Friday, then I’ll be reporting them to Trading Standards. Looking at the reviews on here, I can’t believe they haven’t been closed down yet.

I ordered a bed and had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery. So they promised delivery last Friday I took a day of work. Was expecting an e mail about delivery Thursday and didn't come. So I emailed asking. Still hoping the driver would then up Friday. But on Friday they hadn't replied to my email and I could not get through to them on the phone.
I have requested a refund through clear play as i reviews from reviews this company could be a scam
I'm getting a bed delivered from argos thos week as I through the old one out and my son needs a bed

Recieved my bed today. Absolutely love it! Was easy to assemble and got exactly what I paid for. Had great communication throughout with the company always responded to my emails and phone calls. Only reason why it’s not a five star is it would have been nice for the delivery driver to have helped me upstairs to my flat with everything…other then that no complaints! Thank you so much!

I wouldn't recommend Bedznextday at all.
I wish I had read previous reviews about this company, they're all spot on with their complaints.
Ordered a 4 way split kingsize divan base {paid extra for this} and Floor standing headboard to match. They stated delivery would be around 10 days. When the bed arrived on Sunday, it wasn't a 4 way split bed but a normal 2 part divan base which doesn't fit up our awkward staircase. The headboard was also wrong, not a floor standing one. The driver returned the delivery.
This is where things started to go wrong... They are impossible to get hold of by phone. After a few emails they promised me they'd get the correct bed to me by Friday.... After waiting in all day nothing came. Emailed again and they apologised and said would now be Tuesday.... Again waited all day nothing came... Emailed again said the delivery was now Friday. I told them if it wasn't here by Friday I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. Nothing came that Friday.... Was the told definitely Saturday morning. Nothing came Then once again told it was on Saturday / Sunday delivery... Nothing came.
No contact whatsoever now from Bedznextday and now contacted my Credit card company to investigate and get my refund.
Please please avoid this company at all costs.... You will regret it if you deal with them like I'm regretting it big style.
Please read all the other negative reviews too.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY !!! I ordered a bed set at great cost but didn’t receive the bed I ordered after several attempts to get hold of this company I was told in no uncertain terms it was the same bed but different design . No it’s different , I ordered a high priced mattress for my husband as he suffered from a bad back and needs good support the mattress was nothing like the picture on the website . After numerous complaints I told them to come and fetch the bed they said they’d knock 10 per cent off and send me a free headboard .3 weeks later after numerous days off work waiting for delivery no headboard has arrived . I’ve had every excuse under the sun , now when I ring they say they’ll ring me back but guess what they never do . It’s an absolutely terrible company who lie to their customers just to get them off the phone . I’m totally disgusted with this company and after reading other reviews I’m not the first to have problems . I’ve asked the company nicely to come and collect the goods and out payment on hold but still nothing I give up I just hope you take my advice and buy elsewhere , you won’t get what you asked for and you’ll be lied too to make you feel the one in the wrong . They seem unaffected by the fact I’ve lost 4 days pay waiting for a non existent headboard and no discount so come on Bedznextday give us more excuses ?

Never got my bed despite paying for it. Shocking service. They should be called BedzNeverArrive. I have emailed three times and each reply has said the bed will be delivered on a certain day and it never arrives. They’ll take your money but not give you the goods. Avoid this rip off company at all cost.

This company needs avoiding at all costs. Do not purchase anything. 3 delivery dates all no show. No email day before as they say you get with delivery driver details & expected time. Use the excuse of issues with logistics. Rarely email you back. I repeatedly asked to be refunded & order cancelled. They guaranteed delivery again no show. Messaged them via Facebook and they told me apologies for inconvenience and would pass on to refund and cancel. They are clearly scammers. Full of absolute bull@@@@.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They dont even deserve 1 star. I ordered my bed with mattress from this company, 2weeks later they turn up at my door unannounced. They called on a friday while i was at work to say the delivery driver was outside my house, i explained to them that i did not receive confirmation that my bed would be delivered today and that i was at work. They apologised and said they would deliver my bed on the Tuesday. Tuesday came and i never heard from them so i called to find out what time they would be coming. The man on the phone said they would be with me for about 12-1pm. He asked if i had the delivery drivers number, i said no so he sent it to me. I then called the delivery driver to be told he didnt have my bed. I called the company to explain what i was just told, his response was " thats strange i don't know why he has told you this he definitely has your bed, leave it with me i will call you back" hours went by with no call back, i tried calling over and over again but the phone just rang. I then emailed them to ask what was going on, and if the delivery was still going to be today. They replied back and said my delivery is booked for Thursday with no apology. I then emailed them back to inform them that i took the day off work(unpaid) to stay in only to be told a different day. I then called back and eventually a lady picked up. I explained my situation and she said she had spoken to the delivery driver and that it will be delivered the following day (Wednesday) i explained my frustration and made it clear that i would have to take another unaid day off. I was told my bed would come for 1-2 that time passed with no communication from the company so i called again.they ignored my call, so i emailed for an update, only to be told that now my delivery will be on FRIDAY!!! The email also said the manager would call me in an hour (he never did) I immediately emailed back asking for a refund and stressing how much of my time this company has wasted. They didn't respond. I am currently waiting to hear back from this horrendous company who are now ignoring me.
