I ordered an ottoman bed from these guys as my current bed was ready to collapse. Very good customer service, were very informative in what type of beds they do, sent out a swatch to me to have a look what type of fabrics they do & so that I was able to decide which colour I wanted. Stayed in contact once my order was put through and when delivery was scheduled out to me. Was very happy with purchase, bed is strong and looks really good. Very impressed. Well defo recommend. Friendly staff and good price too.

Great service and excellent quality. I ordered an ottoman with a Clarissa mattress. The build quality to the ottoman is excellent and is very sturdy I'm really impressed. The mattress is great and comfy. The staff were very helpful and kept me up to date with my purchase up untill the bed was delivered.
I definitely will be recommending to friends and family.

Superb quality! Very impressed with my bed, I was very hesitant about ordering online but the process was seamless from start to finish. The staff stayed in touch with me throughout right until after I received my bed, great aftercare! Highly recommended!

Ordered a swatch of the website, really liked the Plush Blue fabric. Came across negative reviews and this put me off. So I called them and the lovely chap explained that the business is under new management. Convinced me to purchase and originally was looking at a Divan but he convinced me to buy a beautiful oak bed which had another 30% off! Delivered 2 days later. If only they had a shop in Bradford!!

I would suggest avoiding this company completely as i purchased a matress which the stiching failed very soon after delivery, i contacted them and was promised a replacement mid december and now in april my emails and calls are being ignored, if they do pick the phone up they just palm you off with they have had staff changes or email system not working. They are full of lies and just taking peoples money with no interest in supporting customers. I have opened a case with trading standards so others dont fall into the same trap with this company

The goods were promised on two separate dates. The beds did not materialise. I asked for a refund and am still chasing.

Bed didn’t come the next day . It didn’t come at all ! Terrible communication . As soon as I ordered it I had a gut feeling I shouldn’t . So I then read the reviews ! Mine is the same as the others ! Avoid this store

This place doesn't deserve a 1 but there's no option to leave a minus 10.
Ordered over a month ago, booked for delivery 2nd March, paid via Klarna, mainly because there wasn't any other option, I have had no contact from these bunch of fakes at all. 2 one sentence emails saying might be OK to deliver in March....Bedznextday, the clues supposed to be in the name of the "business" you are allegedly running. I personally think this is a front for a payday loan shark, who takes your money and loans it out to some poor person, and charges them 10000 percent and keeps your money till then.
Oh yeah BTW, Klarna, what a joke, takes your payment then absolves themselves of any responsibility.

Ordered a bed on 31st Dec. Given it was the holidays I expected a delay. However, after 2 weeks of no communication I contacted them to ask for an update as I'm newly disabled and needed a new bed to help with the pain. I was told it would arrive on Monday. On Wednesday, given that the bed still hadn't arrived, I contacted them again and received no reply (at this point it was 17th Jan). Two days later I emailed again, to receive a response that a refund would be coming.
I waited 5 days for a refund, as this is the standard practice and heard/received nothing. So, I emailed AGAIN asking about the refund or bed. No response. On 25th Jan I emailed them to let them know I'd be contacting my bank regarding this fraud.
They magically responded, stating that there was an issue with the merchant portal and to pass over my bank details, and I would receive the money in my bank by 6pm that night. No money received. No response to my email querying why.

As such, this has been passed on to the fraud team at Barclays. I still have not received my money nor the bed I desperately need for my back.

Avoid this company at all costs

After 3 weeks of waiting and struggling to contact the company for updates or when I did speak to someone was just fed lies it will be here Tuesday ow due to a logistics problem bed will be with you Saturday which it now is not arriving. Now waiting for a refund i think legal action is the next step against this company and trainding standards will be informed

Placed an order last year had no issues with the order and was very happy with the service provided. Reordered two divan beds again delivery came within 3 days was updated along the way. Will definitely be using them again in the future! Bit confused seeing the reviews as I've had no issues with them!

Just received my order!! Amazing customer service happy how they dealt with my order and kept me updated each time.
Would definitely recommend to others.
