It was securely packaged and overall I was pleased.
However, the delivery slots could be clearer.

Very friendly and easy to deal with.
Requested a change to the delivery date and was contacted by phone to confirm revised arrangements.

From ordering to delivery I can't fault the service. The drivers place the bed in the room for me, manoeuvring the awkward stairs.
I did try to change my booking time and this was done without fuss to the next day as I had a last minute appointment. They even sent a message when they were on their way which was helpful. Will defo recommend for the customer service alone. And so far the bed is good.

The bedhead was delivered very quickly, within 5 days as i remember. We had progress calls along the way. The package was well protected also. At first on unwrapping the 'silver metal' bedhead we thought this is not what we ordered. We expected the finish to be similar to a satin steel curtain rail and this was a painted greyish,blueish,silverish finish. However the finish was good and it blended well with our bedroom furnishings.... so although not what we expected, it worked well and we were very pleased. thanks a lot.

I am really pleased with the bed I purchased for my little boy. It’s exactly as described. The bed was delivered by a team of 2 people to a room that I wanted as described. I wasn’t able to access the delivery date for which wasn’t a problem because the team emailed back within the hour to organise everything. They called after delivery to check I was happy with the item.

Thrilled with the delivery service, told it could take a couple of weeks but they contacted me within days to deliver bed. Even delivered it into the room it needed to be in. The bed is lovely, well made and the service provided was exceptional. I called them the day it was delivered as I found the springs very stiff and found it hard to close the bed, but they reassured me that that was normal for a new bed and it would loosen up a little, but if I wasn't happy to call them back. They were right it did loosen up and now opens and closes perfectly. Really lovely company, super friendly and easy to deal with. Definitely buy from them again!!

The time from ordering to delivery was surprisingly short because the customer service person called me to check the delivery details which was a really nice touch. He went through my order to check it was correct, I told him we were sleeping on a mattress on the floor and he said he would expedite the bed frame order as soon as possible. The delivery was only three days from ordering and the guys delivering were very good and put everything where we asked them to. Really impressed!

Excellent customer service from start to finish - never felt that I was getting a bad product. The delivery was great and timely. The man helped to get it in my room. Great bed as well.

I purchased a king size bed and a single bed for my little one after being let down by another company. The service provided was incredible, from the communication to the time frame of delivery. I required some information about the different fabrics and sizes before purchasing, the staff were most helpful and helped me choose the right bed suited for me. The bed was delivered on the set date and time slot, there were no delays and the drivers took the beds straight upstairs, the assembly of the beds were straight forward and not time consuming. The quality of the beds are wonderful and are very reasonably priced. Overall I have had a brilliant experience and look forward to purchasing from them again in the future!

Polite customer service. Ordered Tuesday, delivered Thursday. Oak bed looks solid. Will recommend to family and friends. Was concerned about the old reviews but apparently under new management.

The whole process, from ordering though delivery to aftercare was exceptional. I ordered online and received a follow up call to check the details and go through the process. I received notification the day before of a delivery slot and then a phone call shortly before the delivery guys arrived. They took the bed right up to the bedroom and were polite and efficient. The ottoman bed was reasonably straight forward to assemble and I’m really pleased with the quality. I also received an aftercare call to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Beds Next Day to anyone.

Bought a small ottoman bed with a headboard for my step son. Very amazed with the quality of the bed and mattress oppose to previously purchasing from eBay and Amazon and there is a huge difference in quality.

From start to finish Sarah was fantastic! Purchased a low Divan with a matching headboard. Wasn’t too sure about the fabrics and Sarah helped to advise what each fabric felt like. Couldn’t be more complimentary and will definitely be returning. Bedznextday give her a payrise!
