It seems Volvo has an issue with the erad system which many recharge engines fail . Volvo know this and Bells refused my calls for Fixing as Volvo want it kept quiet
Do not buy a Huybrid Volvo please google the intermittent dangerous change from electric to pertol

Great customer service and excellent service

Luke made my car buying experience comfortable and stress free. There was no pressure. Luke was very knowledgeable and his relaxed approach me feel relaxed. My test drive was enjoyable and allowed me to test a range of the Niro's features. I feel that I got a good price trading in my old car too.

I'm delighted with my new car! Luke was happy to spend as long as required to give me a detailed handover and I feel quite happy and reassured that I can contact him in the future should I need to.

just purchased a Volvo V 90 4month old rang the company and spoke to a lady called Jasmine. She was very polite and courteous and very helpful. She explained all about the car left a deposit and did a deal. She organised delivery to my home Mervin the delivery driver was excellent very knowledgeable about the car set up my phone with the car first class experience.

I made an appointment to see a salesperson for Thursday, On attending Kia showroom Bedford Road Northampton excellent customer welcoming by the receptionist. She invited us to have a seat and help ourself to a drink whilst she located the salesperson. The original person apologised as he was dealing with another customer but would introduce us to Neil Sidebottom, What an absolute pleasure to meet Neil, he listened to what I needed to pull a 2 ton Swift Caravan and having done my own research, to be tow legal, I knew roughly what I needed so excellent listening and understanding skills. He didn’t try and sell a vehicle which would be useless to tow. Discussed finance and trade in. Neil source a correct towing vehicle and allow a test drive. The vehicle was a good drive and I decided to purchase. All through the experience of purchasing Neil kept me informed. What excellent customer experience, excellent pleasant person who you could have a conversation and laugh with. I would fully recommend Neil to anyone purchasing a Kia
