Would not recommend at all.
Ordered some shoes specifically for an abroad wedding, they didnt arrive in time. Contacted the company regarding returning the item as the shoes were unopened.
They made it difficult to request a full refund, offering me different return options rather than listening to what I had requested which was a full refund. Seemed like delay tactics to get closer to the 30 day return deadline.
Once they finally listened to me they advised that I would have to return the product to China myself which would cost more more than the product to do so.
Will not be ordering from them again.

We ordered 2 pair of mens clogs for…
We ordered 2 pair of mens clogs for around 30 pounds and they sent us very cheap quality creased clogs. The shoes in a plastic bag, not in any shoe box at all. One pair of them came squished, with the leather material creased. The same show had a very cheep quality undersole where the sole was all bent and curved. We tried to get a full refund but the company said that they will give 10% of our purchase back and that if we want a full refund we have to pay around 20 pounds to get them shipped back to China. Overall very poor quality customer service and I wont be buying other things at all from them if this is the quality of shoes/clogs they sell.

I placed an order and, several hours later, I still had not received a confirmation email. The only proof I had that my order was successful was a screenshot I took during checkout.
I also tried calling the customer service number listed on the website, but I was unable to get through. I then emailed the company to cancel my order, but I have not received a response.
One of my biggest concerns is that I believed I was ordering from a London/UK-based company. After placing my order, I discovered that the business appears to operate from China, which was not clear to me at the time of purchase. Had I known this before ordering, I would not have gone ahead with the purchase, especially as I needed the slippers for an upcoming trip.
Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company. I hope this review helps others do their research before placing an order. If I could give no star I would

Absolutely shocking service and appalling quality product! They have sent me an item which is really poor quality and completely the wrong size and yet they are saying I have to pay £40 to return it. Completely unacceptable and very poor customer service. It’s a scam - stay clear.

SCAM reply on trust pilot review they are not helping at all.
This company is a complete scam... they will send you some rubbish that is 100% not what is advertised then you have option to return at your cost which is more expensive than items they sell. This is a scam so that you have no option but to keep the unusable items they will send you.

Worse company Iv ever had experience to deal with all I wanted was to return some shoes the day after I got them because they just wasn’t right for me and instead of allowing me to I get told I can have 10% back and keep the shoes, which I said no to and then get told the final offer is 20% return and keep the shoes so they clearly have no intention of honouring the 30 days return that it states on the website you should avoid using them at all cost plus the quality is nowhere near what it looks like online

Scam: Chinese cheap products
Warning: Please don't fall for these scammers!!! Poor product quality (not upper leather), 3 weeks delivery from China (not a London company as made out on their website), and returns impossible as they would need to be sent to China on the buyer's cost which would cost anything from £40 for sandals. This they know too well and that customers wouldn't bother to return items. Shame I can't add pics to my review for reference. The sandals (Birkenstock fake) came cheaply wrapped in a white plastic bag and the attached label confirms that the upper material is synthetic backed with a cheap fleece material. An absolute scam and I'm embarrassed I fell for it. Be warned and don't buy anything from them! 😡
