Dania was very helpful and professional in her knowledge of my query

We went to Poland. 1st to 5th April 2024. The review won't let me go back to then, so I'm putting it down as May 2024.

When I was paying for me part of the fee, they told me that my colleague owed his final payment of £44:00, so i paid it. This was a lie, and to this day they have refused to refund the money, even though two people dropped out and they pocketed their payment too. I will be going through the Financial Ombudsman. The amount is small, but it's the principle!

We requested to change hotels before we left. They agreed, but didn't tell us that it was with an additional fee.
When we got to the hotel, they tried to cram us into 2 hotel rooms although we had paid for 3 and we had to make calls back to the UK before we could book in, as the hotel wouldn't give us 3 rooms.

All-in-all, we won't be using them again!

Always quick to reply to any queries and resolve any worries. Sometimes their English is hard to understand, but emails are better and very quickly answered. Staff try so hard and are very patient, helpful and courteous.

I was pleased with Dania help today with my holiday booking.

Prompt reply and resoved the problem.Also explained the travel itenary and advised me how I could print them.
