We have been waiting 6 months for a refund agreed by the company which still has not been honoured. We paid a return airport transfer fee only to be waiting for the return pick up which never happened. I phoned the driver who insisted we were at a different hotel! We had to take an Uber in order not to miss our flight. The company agreed to refund the out of cost amounts but we are still waiting. As another contributor to this site has said you get fobbed off that it’s in hand and accounts are dealing with it, for six months??? This is appalling customer service.

Eva was very friendly and helpful when I called. Anxious I had not received my boarding pass yet and leaving tomorrow. I'm assured it's on its way.

If I could give a zero mark I would. As other reviews have stated, it’s almost impossible to understand anything the ‘customer services’ advisors say, and I’m using the term customer service when it should be lack of customer service advisors. They are rude, constantly talk over you. They don’t listen to your requests. Never call you back unless you demand a call. After 4 phone calls someone finally called me. They don’t honour they booking requests and try to fob you off with excuses. I only wish I had read the reviews before using them. Since my absolutely dreadful experience I have researched and could have booked everything independently for less. To top it off when I requested the managers email. Roy Dias asked me why I wanted it!! I would never have ever recommend this company or use them again!!!

Booked a trip to Athens through this company. Very smooth process! I then lost all my documents but these were very kindly replaced immediately and with no fuss by a very helpful assistant (Linda Frances) over the phone.

Booked a holiday to Krakow with Best Holidays for one of my friends 60th birthday and couldn’t praise them enough throughout my dealings with them. Had a blip with one of the passengers surname and spoke to Eva and she rectified the error promptly. Eva also sent all the outbound boarding passes to me and will check us in on our return as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better service and definitely will use them again in future. Well done team fantastic work and peace of mind.

The holiday was poor. entitled to a refund as agreed by the company..
Despite complaining for return of money, they say it is with their accounts department.
It is now delt with as a credit card dispute

Disgusting service. Get an interpreter when you phone them. Learn the phonetic alphabet as they can’t understand you. Even when they send you a email it’s like it’s been written by a three year old. Couldn’t cancel as would have cost too much money. They will never see me or my money again.I never normally write such a bad review but in this case I had no choice. Avoid at all cost.
Travelzoo were sympathetic and I wouldn’t blame them.

Worst not Bestonline Holidays, advertised on Travel Zoo. Rang to enquire about a 3 day break to Berlin 25th November 2024. Basically I got hoodwinked into agreeing to a 4 day break which wasn't at the lovely hotel advertised. I didn't realise this until the paperwork came via email. They argued that I had
agreed, the hotel was not at all suitable. I booked a hotel myself & refused to pay anymore money. I'd already paid £220 deposit, which they wouldn't return as they had already booked flights costing £155 approx. So I lost the balance. I
wouldn't use them again. Horrible experience & I'll never use the Travel Zoo website again either.

Elsa in payments was very efficient and pleasant and very good. However only 3 stars for the company as the responses to emails take to long and when I phoned I was cut off 3 times. I would use your company again though as the price was very good

Dania was very helpful today . Rang as I had not received the documents to confirm my booking . Dania was extremely polite and very professional.

Elsa was competent and polite when I called to pay the final balance on my holiday. In general the assistants that I have dealt with have been polite and helpful. However, I had to call back and request a confirmation email when I had booked and the process was quite vague. When a holiday is booked a confirmation email should be sent to the customer immediately for peace of mind. I am sure the holiday will be good and if so, I do hope to use this company again.
