The fact that it has taken over six weeks of me asking about it and you now tell me the photo didn’t update. I asked about this three times and just got a canned response that someone would get back to me. Never did. Therefore, I can’t and don’t trust you. Just send me my $62 back. I want nothing to do with this distrustful company.

Ordered September 6, 2024. Sorry it was #155492. Emailed them September 14, 2024 with a question about the picture they show as my order. It was their stock photo of a couple with a dog, not my upload. I received a canned response that they could take ten days to get back to me. Emailed again October 12, and 17, 2024, got same canned responses. It has been over six weeks!!! I got nothing!!!! This SUCKS! They took my $62 though!!!!

I cannot recommend this company. Buyer beware. Placed an order on July 22 and still have not received though the company did charge me $149 for merchandise I did not receive. I send numerous emails and receive the same automated response that they will be getting back to me. No response and no tracking info. Their phone number is automated and you cannot speak to a live representative. You are directed to email which is a waste of time.

Such a great way to disconnect from technology and be present in the moment. This is art therapy at its best!

This is the best paint by number I have ever done, It was extremely easy to read the numbers and I really loved the extra sheet, that was supplied, for when I slipped and painted over a number and needed to figure it out. The colors were perfect and the painting turned out great.

Still waiting for my order months later... I almost feel stupid to send this gift if I ever get it. I have sent several emails and not one person has responded back to me. I get the same generated email back every single time. Will never order from here again. At this point I am almost demanding a refund and sending this company to Better Business Bureau

Perfect hobby I ordered a custom kit as a way to unwind, and it was the best decision I made. The painting of my cat turned out so lifelike, and I found the whole process incredibly relaxing. Can't wait to start my next one!

Exceeded expectations I was a little skeptical about how the painting would turn out, but WOW. The picture of my family came out so beautiful, and it looks like a professional piece of art. i'm already thing about which photo I want to turn into my next project.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. ALL I WANTED WAS FOR A GIFT TO BE SENT ON TIME BUT NO. I PLACED AN ORDER WEEKS AGO IN AUGUST AND YET NO PACKAGE... NO REPONSE TO MY EMAIL ONLY TO GET A GENERATED EMAIL BACK SAYING THEY ARE WEEKS BEHIND IN RESPONDING. I WANT MY REFUND. TERRBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great when customers are happy, but when there's customer dissatisfaction, customer service has lied and ghosted all communications.
I've had 4 really great experiences with BestPaintbyNumbers, and one really awful experience that cost USD72.19. Beginning with a 6/8/2024 order, now 9/20/2024, there is no resolution. This company only responded after my initial TrustPilot review (thank you TrustPilot). For an order that was submitted and paid on 6/8/24, on 8/27/24 they offered to reproduce. What I received was a distorted image and the colors were all tones of red. After expressing my dissatisfaction, the company once again went silent and there is absolutely no resolution.

I can accept errors and sometimes poor product, but irresponsible customer service is completely unacceptable. Just own mistakes and make them right.

Beautiful results I’m no artist, but with this kit, I felt like one! I painted a photo of my grandparents, and the result was beyond anything I expected. The customer service team was also super helpful when I had questions about my order.

Highly recommend for custom portraits! I recently finished a portrait of my dog, and the level of detail was stunning. The instructions were clear, and the paint quality was excellency. I’m definitely ordering another kit for my next project.
