I started the service initially in USA…

I started the service initially in USA for my daughter. I have never had a phone plan so I was happy to have found this service. We moved to Germany and I was able to change the plan to a Germany plan and the cost is roughly the same. We have had no issues and the few times I needed support with the transfer I received support in a timely and extremely educated manner. The step by step instructions were easy to follow.
I highly recommend the service they provide at a very competitive price!

Tried to use this whilst offshore

Tried to use this whilst offshore. Wouldn’t connect. Since I hadn’t used it I tried to cancel my plan however better roaming were insistent that they couldn’t find a payment despite it being taken from my bank, providing the date and amount taken, and the last 4 digits of my card used to take payment. They finally asked for my phones IMEI number and that’s the last straw. Your IMEI number is the number hackers need to clone your phone so I’m done. I’ll take this as a lesson learned and they can have my money. But I’ll be warning everyone against this lot from now on.

After reviewing your case, we identified that the plan you have purchased was a UK plan, which unfortunately does not provide coverage in the North Sea region. In this case, a dedicated North Sea plan would have been required. As a gesture of goodwill and to resolve the matter fairly, we have issued a full refund for the incorrect purchase.

We would also like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused during your interaction with our Customer Support team, particularly regarding the requests for your IMEI details and the initial difficulty locating your information.
