Very happy with the service I receive from all the staff at better waste solutions any problems that I have with my waste collection I know a quick phoned call or email to them and they will sort it out and always keep me updated they are very professional and friendly .

Avoid this company! No customer loyalty. Just out for money!!!!!!
Seems as though the customer is not valued or respected. Everything comes with an additional charge. We are a Small independent business wishing we had never used this company.

I am sorry to hear you feel we have no loyalty or respect for our customers, I can assure you this is not the case at all.
The bin is always your responsibility and it is unfortunate that it has been lost or stolen, however the cost to replace it is passed onto us by the supplier and therefore we need to pass it onto you. You may be able to claim on your business insurance if you need to, however, this would depend on your policy.
We do try our best to help where possible, and I can see my colleague is working with you to find a solution that will meet your needs.

Very Helpful service
Very Helpful service, they were able to find me a solution to a waste collection. I had gone direct to a few company's but only better waste solutions had been able to match all the needs of my clients request.
They were also able to find a service at a much more affordable rate than some other company's.
They were always in contact with us, and making sure collections were being completed.
Will definitely be using this service again if we have a need in the future.

Start Up Challenges
I've recently launched a cafe start up and it has been a challenge with business being slow and therefore having to change my schedules, what bins I actually need and also cancelling collections and throughout the process, the support from Sarah Davidson in the team has been exceptional and shows a real care.

Excellent Service after a difficult start
After a difficult start to no collection I was able speak with the same operator who was extremely professional and helpful and the issue was resolved.
It was easy getting through to the same person every time rather than have to repeat myself to several staff.
