I've always found Beut's website easy to use and they keep you fully updated with the progress of delivery. I was particularly impressed with the packaging. My new dining chairs were very well protected and I'm thoroughly pleased with them.

Beware if you do have a problem. this company will use every trick in the book to delay sorting the problesm .I reported an intermittent faulty swich on a lamp. They ask for some photographs , I sent them the photo. after 4 weeks they have now asked for a video ( 28/10/25) the issue is now sorted

No order update or delivery info. Emailed customer services and also had no response. Thankfully purchased through PayPal and have been able to raise an issue. Also tried calling however the number isn’t in service.
Really disappointed as was looking to place another order but will go elsewhere.

I purchased a Muuto sofa with a very competitive price. Waited for 6 weeks to have it delivered, as planned, and the team tried their best and rearrange their schedule to have it delivered the earliest possible. Delivery and set up were very smooth.

Decent price. Item isn't the greatest quality in terms of the finishing, but it's thermoplastic and I suspect that'd be the same anywhere. Beut had the best price I found for a genuine Kartell item, which shipped quickly and carefully.

I order two Tom Dixon champagne glasses that a relatively expensive item and hard to find. The price from Beut was significantly lower than competitors which attracted me them. I made an error on the delivery address and notified them and they were very quick to assure me all would be okay and delivered to the correct address. This is indeed what happened and the product arrived swiftly and in perfect condition - thanks and highly recommended
