There were very few photographs of the outside. The drop down menu for the number of guests doesn't allow for babies. It's hard to find the cottage again to share with others.

Site so easy to use have been looking to book for a few.weeks for a family trip and all information and previous searches stored! Fantastic and hassle free, will definitely be returning to book future trips.

Booking went wrong and when I tried to amend it I kept being passed from Big cottages to Sykes cottages with no one taking responsibility. Awful experience

I'm very sorry to hear that you were having difficulty amending a booking and I sincerely apologise for this.
As we are just a listing agent, any cancellation or amendment requests are processed by the property manager which in your case would be Sykes Holiday Cottages.

I liked that the cottage was available…
I liked that the cottage was available on Big Cottages, part of Snap Trip. But, I didn't like that the price kept changing! It kept going up in price, every time I looked.
