Took a while but got it sold
Positives: I like the format and layout of the ads and the control I had over the content of my ad. The 'ad performance' info provided is somewhat useful. Ad cost about $110 which I was happy to spend for presence in a marketplace that has real buyers.
Negative: Very low number of enquiries for my bike during winter. Took 4 months to sell. (My bike was a bit of a niche model.) But the enquiries I got were genuinely interested.

Bike sales is abysmal
Bike sales is abysmal. Save your money.
They charge $180 just for a listing. They offer zero services, notifications, are non existent. Absolute joke of a site. Sell your bike on FB marketplace. Got more engagement from Gumtree.

To tell youThe would pick zero stars because I was going out to purchase my first bike to only get there and be told that they sold it on me after they knew I had cash and I was on my way you guys made me feel like an idiot, I felt stupid and dum to think I was actually going to get my dream ninja I don’t know how people can be so cruel it’s changed my hole perspective on bikes even before i started.

well spoke to the people in NSW peter stevens about the bike very helpful ! sent me back prices to work with but i don't like talking to a computer , so i went up to town here in Adelaide at Peter Stevens and got the bike i wanted plus very happy with the deal i got as well very helpful all took about 1 hour in Peter Sevens and the bike was mine very happy chappy cheers !

very expensive as a seller, specially compared to much the same results on FB marketplace.
The only bad vibe is so many new bike dealers quoting prices including GST but excluding other government and miscellaneous delivery charges and not listing them, making it hard to compare prices.
edit: they include GST but it seems the actual bikesales team is creating promotions that are not including delivery charges. The ACCC has issued guidance on this and they say the intention is for commercial and otherwise dealers should be showing pricing so that they can be compared on an apples to apples basic. Creating promotions on behalf of dealers likes this makes the dealers look bad when you call them up with, after a short explanation, completely wrong price. I have a case with the ACCC in regards to this issue, trivially including screenshots of said promotions.
