Ease of using their online services, quickness in processing my order and shipping and quality of the bike once I received it

Got 2 of these bikes for my 11 and 10 year olds. It’s their first mountain bikes and they love them! Easy to learn Shimano shifters. Good disk brakes and no maintenance front fork. Super easy to get the bike set up out of the box. I got them riding in 15 min. Would definitely recommend!

The product itself is great. However the shipping process was very slow and not user friendly in regard to tracking my purchase. Could never get a hold of a live agent and kept getting redirected to AI. Needless to say, the shipment part of the purchase was extremely frustrating!

Bikes online has awesome customer service and great bikes. I just bought my eighth bike with them, and quite a few parts and accessories at great prices. I trust them more than any other bike source, and I always recommend them to my friends and family.

Very disappointing experience. I paid extra for expedited shipping because this helmet was supposed to be a birthday gift. When the expected delivery date came and went, I reached out to customer service and was told they were experiencing shipping delays, but that my helmet was accounted for and would be on its way soon.

After several weeks of going back and forth, I kept getting the same response that it was coming. Then, nearly three weeks later, I was finally told the helmet was actually out of stock and would not be shipped.

Had I been told that from the beginning, I could have ordered from somewhere else and still had a gift in time. Instead, I paid extra for expedited shipping, missed the birthday, and never received the product. Based on my experience, I’d think twice before ordering from Bikes Online.

They were legit, sent the right product and have a same day customer service response and flexible options.

If you are considering buying a Polygon bike from Bikes Online USA, be warned: if a single proprietary bolt breaks, your multi-thousand-dollar bicycle might become a useless paperweight.

I own a 2021 Polygon Siskiu N9. In late 2025, an upper linkage bolt broke. I reached out to Bikes Online (US) for a replacement part. What followed was a 4-month-long customer service nightmare:

Month 1-2: I was promised a "take-off" bolt from a warranty frame. They never sent it.

Month 2-3: They finally created an order for a replacement part, only to send me the wrong model's bolts (Vander N), which didn't fit.

Month 3-4: They assured me they were checking incoming Polygon shipments, inspecting warehouse frames, and even "meeting directly with Polygon HQ" to solve the issue.

The Conclusion: After 4 full months of back-and-forth, they simply emailed me to say the 2021 model is "discontinued," the parts are "depleted," and they can no longer help.

Their solution? A $100 store credit to a website that doesn't carry the parts required to keep my bike running. Meanwhile, the exact bolt set I need remains in stock on the Bikes Online Australia website, but because the US division operates separately, they refused/were unable to assist in sourcing it.

Customer service representative Jeredi was polite at first, after a few months he stopped answering emails, and closed my opened ticket with no resolution, the company's supply chain management and support for 4-year-old bikes is non-existent. A frame shouldn't be obsolete in 4 years because a direct-to-consumer brand can't stock basic hardware. Buy elsewhere if you want long-term support for your bike.

I have bought 2 bikes from them over the past 6 years. both times, it has been a good experience. I can't find another brand/company that has a better price for the quality of bike and components that you get.

The Agilis helmets we bought retail tor 150, but Bikes Online had them for 70. Never worn a helmet as comfortable.

There was a warehouse processing problem — no one processed the order until I sent a complaint to customer service — that delayed delivery by two weeks. But Bikes Online customer service was very good, and resolved the issue within a day of my email.

The replacement axel nut and derailleur hanger was the correct part, fit perfet and I'm back on the trails!
