Wow I found parts for my 2014 Mount Vision . Awesome!
I was pleasantly surprised when I got an email response from you, your dealers aren't that responsive. That's why I finally gave in and emailed the factory. I have been riding Marin bikes since the early nineties. I have broken 3 Marin frames in my lifetime, and once I could get a dealership to help me claim back on a life time warranty. Your dealers are not impressive, to say the least.
What you could improve on is to check your response to see if your links actually display what you say it will. I asked about 3 items and it took me 3 emails to get all the info. I ordered 2 of the 3 items from Marin about a week apart. Paid shipping separately. If your response was better I could have ordered it the first go around and paid shipping only once.
But I'm relieved to get the parts that my 2014 Mount vision needed. So thank you for helping me keep my beloved Marin running. It has done many hard miles, and will do many more with the needed maintenance and parts

I'm glad the factory email came through when your local dealer didn't, but I'm sorry it took three back-and-forths and two separate shipping charges to get your Mount Vision parts sorted. You're right that our responses should include working links with accurate info the first time, not the third. I'll make sure this feedback gets to the team so we can tighten that up.
Really happy to hear your 2014 is back on the trail. Here's to many more hard miles on it.

Bike is great
Bike is great! Some small things like being more apart than I thought it would be shipped but no big deal, small chip on forks , casset didn’t look super new just clean. All together quite happy about the bike other than that

As bikes purchased through ExpertVoice ship partially disassembled, they're intended to be finished by a local bike shop or by someone with the mechanical know-how to assemble them - so it's expected that it arrives in more parts than a fully built bike would.
We're sorry to hear about the small chip on the forks - that shouldn't have happened, and we apologize for it. Please can you get in touch with ExpertVoice customer service team, who will be able to help with a warranty. On the cassette, we can confirm it was brand new, not used - it's simply shipped without extra packaging gloss, which can sometimes make it look less "new" than it is.
