I've been going to bikesonline for years now. Started out with my Polygon T7. At the time they were having some issues with the wheel spokes that come on the T7. I had three spokes pop within a few weeks of normal riding. They had me get them re-spoked at my local shop and sent me the money for it. That was really appreciated. Always easy and quick to get replacement parts for it through them as well. Just recently bought a set of crankbrothers wheels, front and rear, for $250. Couldn't be happier with them so far. Would highly recommend using them if they have what you need.

It has taken me a couple of days to get my thoughts together on how I could effectively state what it means to do business with BikesOnline.

In April of 2025 we purchased an electric mountain bike, Polygon to be exact from BikesOnline. This was a big purchase for my husband but after lots of reviews we decided this was the bike for him.

Fast forward to July of 2026, my husband broke a derailer hanger and upon further inspection the bike frame had broken at the rear swing arm. I contacted BikesOnline to see about purchasing a new swing arm or if this was covered under warranty.
This is where our BikesOnline SUPERHERO Customer Service Rep., Jeredi stepped in and let me tell you…She is the absolute best!! She handled everything from requesting pictures and other information that needed to be related to Polygon Bikes for a warranty claim. We were thrilled that my husband’s frame was covered under the warranty, and we were expecting a new lower swing arm to arrive so you can only imagine our surprise when Polygon Bikes and BikesOnline sent a new frame (we were both in tears).

To say that BikesOnline offers great bicycles, accessories and phenomenal customer service is an understatement.

We will be lifelong customers of BikesOnline and Polygon Bikes. If you are in the market for anything cycling related, you will not go wrong with BikesOnline and Polygon Bikes will be the next new bicycle we purchase.

had a great experience. I had a size call with Brad and we got the right size. Bike came really quickly. the quality was a match for many top brands, but at a lower cost. packaging was great and after sales service was amazing. honestly, I recommend these guys to all my riding buddies now. My demo bike arrived better than I imagined. It seems more like a brand new bike at an excellent price. I appreciate the ease and value of purchasing an online bike. The clarity of the description, the quickness of the delivery, and the final product were all excellent.

First called for a specific bike for my daughter and was answered by a rude representative who feels like not happy with his job, not willing to answer some bike question and told me to look up by myself, I still purchased the bike and more than a week bike have no update, my place is close from their warehouse in chula vista yet it takes forever with no update.

Good luck with actually receiving what you ordered from this company their inventory control is horrible. My experience is the following, I ordered a helmet on August 2nd and received an email on August 4th that the item was on its way. However, later in the day I then received an email explaining that in fact the wearhouse folks relized the item was out of stock and and they were refunding my money. Still wanting the helmet I did an online search for the helmet on August 7th and to my surprise Bike Online showed it was in stock. Unsure if their website was accurate I attempted to contact them via phone and when I was unable to get ahold of them during their stated hours, I figured they must have either resolved the issue or it must be back in stock so I reordered the helmet. On August 12th when the item didn't show up I checked my account to see if I could get a tracking number to see where it was. When their website still showed they were still preparing the item for shipping I knew something was wrong so I reached out to them via their website to see if they could provide an update on my order. After awhile I received an email explaining that the item was out of stock. Really! I get sometimes things happen and a miscount in inventory or something else happens to items. But can someone explain to me how both times I order the exact same item that the company's website shows in stock and they take my money but then I never receive the item because it's out of stock? The only thing I can figure is they have no clue so good luck if you decide to order from them. Oh and it takes forever to receive a refund from them. The first one took 6 days and still waiting on the second one.

The tech I spoke with wasn't quite as knowledgeable as I expected and the online frame size tool was totally inaccurate but the quality of the product, value for the money, and easy assembly more than offset any minor defeciencies.

This was my second bike order from Bikes Online and it was just as good as the first. Getting the bike setup took just a few minutes, packaging was fanstasic and the bike was ready to go super fast.

No problem with buying bikes from bikes online, it's when you have an issue with a cracked bike frame and it needs replacing under warranty. Polygon was solid, it's Bikesonline lack of customer support!! New frame arrived in Australia in shipping container over a month ago, when I questioned how long before I get the new replacement frame. It's when your box gets barcoded then it will be despatched to you. This process has already taken 3 months.
