So rude and not helpful I cancelled my order but still kept setting up direct debits still carried on taking the money the customer service was so rude I would advise not to bother using them

Great to order lovely hampers

The best customer service very polite and helpful and understanding and I absolutely love this site this is the 2nd year saving with them and it's so handy I don't have to worry about Christmas anymore I don't have to panic it's all sorted I will definitely be coming back again.

I really love getting my hampers every year affordable and good for money and saves time struggling food shopping with kids as 2 have learning difficulties. So I give a five star service brilliant. Friendly people delivery and friendly people if u need to update u card or mobile number with them. Brill service all round ordered an again for 2026.

Had my hamper come and l'm so happy with it. Had some replace but was replace with other foods which was the same value or would have cost more. But l didn't mind that as it will all be eated the same way. Was so happy that l have now placed my orders for next year
