I found bilco this time last year and decided to have a look, I noticed they did a huge range of hampers to suit all budgets. We are a family of 6 and Xmas is always tight especially when it comes to having nice treats and food bits in for December. Growing up we had a Xmas hamper every year that my nana had got for us so to me having them special Xmas treats in aswel as.everything to make a cracking dinner is a big part of what makes Xmas so special. I ordered the combo hamper, which is a combination of multiple hampers and ensures you have everything you need and more stocked up for Xmas, I chose to add some extra hampers too. I then noticed they also do gifts and toys, I had some things crop up earlier this year which meant I had to cancel one of my orders (gifts or the hampers) since id originally ordered from bilco for the hampers I reluctantly had to cancel the gifts..the team at bilco were so understanding and nothing was too much trouble at any point.. communication is brilliant, they are very friendly and approachable but also professional. I wish I had found them sooner. Absolutely cannot wait for.my hampers..id highly highly recommend bilco direct to everyone.

Quality items, delivered on time. Customer service always helpful and quick to respond. Was a couple of items not in stock but suitable replacements were found. Have ordered again for the third year in a row. Would recommend.

Absolutely love the Hamper app it's so easy to order what your wanting and set up the direct debit to pay. I will continue to buy from bilcodirect every year for my christmas hampers. Absolutely amazing company the meat is so much better than supermarkets, value for money on all hampers and gifts, be lost with out them, and paying over time make christmas less stressfull, superberb team and friendly delivery 😀
