Andrew dealt with our case at Bindman & Co and we are really pleased with the experience we had, he made sure we were in the new properly for the date that we really needed to be in for. Despite the difficulties Covid is challenging everyone with David remained professional & dealt with our case efficiently. I would certainly use Bindman & Co again.

I used bindman and Co to sell my property and the service i received from Andrew was 5 star!! I never had to chase him up he was on the ball constantly updating me on the progress.

We were dealing with Les and Meraj for a house sale and purchase and they both provided excellent service. The estate agent was also impressed and commented on their efficiency. The communication was good and timely. Meraj would often reply to emails not long after they were sent. Very professional and good service especially when dealing with an unusual situation with our purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to use Bindmans again.

Can’t honestly recommend Bindmans after an unpleasant house sale and purchase.
Issues continued throughout our sale and it took Andrew (one of the partners) to intervene and he remedied quickly. And this was giving me the money back for house sale fees. Still wouldn’t recommend and would never be back. Buyers and sellers beware!

Meraj & Les, have been fantastic and have had to deal with a very long delay during my buying process due to the pandemic which was nothing to do with them, also Les gave me some very helpful advise and acted completed independently even though he was a preferred solicitor from an estate agent I was buying from, so I felt very reassured that my best interests were met.

Meraj was extremely efficient and always on top of everything and completely professional, I could not fault her at all. I was never kept waiting and had responses on average from my emails within 30 minutes.

Overall I would highly recommend them and also during these trying times they still was quick and concise in everything they did, good honest hard, working people, if only all firms worked like them.

There was a complete lack of communication. I had to chase to get a welcome pack and engagement letter and chase again to find out if anyone was dealing with the case as no one had requested monies to do property searches. At no point did the person who was supposed to be dealing with my case actually contact me by phone or email. After three weeks of this lack of communication I had to find another solicitor.

Bindman & Co Solicitors were the selected preferred solicitor by our estate agent for buying our first home. We really wish we had used our own independent solicitor but being first time buyers it was the unknown. Communication to us was shocking having to chase constantly for information. I got more information from our estate agent through the process than our legal team dealing with the solicitors. We know buying and moving house is stressful but it really made our experience more stressful not getting information first hand.

I have used Bindmans twice over a 7 year period. Very thorough, communications are simple and straightforward.
Pricing honest and competitive

Claire's acted as solicitor for 10 or so of our property sales and i can't recommend her enough. Quick to respond to queries and keeps you up to date throughout the process.
