Great toxic free mattress

Thanks, I was skeptical about paying for the matress first and waiting to recieve it- it's a long way to Alaska, but it finally showed up- and it was worth the wait! Thanks to all of you and good luck in the future!

Bought a new mattress for my mom after her surgery. We really appreciate Birch and how easy they made the process

The mattress was not for me, and that's fine. What was not fine was the process to return the mattress and get a refund. It took weeks, and I eventually wound up dealing with all of it myself. 😠

We’ve tried avocado and saatva and the quality and density of birch is far better in my opinion. I work nights at the hospital and this mattress alone has improved my sleep quality. Just ridiculously comfortable

Great mattress!

Good product at a fair price

Organic king Mattress felt cheap and had a broken spring. The only good thing was easy return!

I wasn't sure what to expect with ordering an organic rolled up mattress online but I definitely wanted to sleep on something that wouldn't off gas and that could help my aching back. Even though there was a return fee, I figured a mattress was something I spent a third of my life on, it was worth the risk. Honestly, the first night I cried I hated it sooooo much. And the second night. By the 3rd it was a little better and now I absolutely love it. I dont know why that is but here we are and I'm pleased. I really appreciate that when I get in and out of bed 300 times a night to use the bathroom or whatever, my husband doesn't even budge because he can't feel me moving. I still need to switch out my bowstring for their foundation and it definitely is not the exact size of my current cal king so it looks a bit off with my current set up but I'm in this game for comfort and not having my home as a show room. Overall pleased with my purchase.

I’m still waiting for the remainder of my refund.

Presentation, commitment to quality

We really like our mattress from Birch Living. It’s comfortable and soft but supportive. We sleep cool throughout the night and wake up with no back pain. We’ve had the mattress for about 4 months and still very happy with the purchase.

Shipping was fast and bed has worn in nicely. We are hoping this bed lasts for a while.

I really hate this mattress. 😩 I’ve given it over a year and still it’s awful. I wanted so badly to love it. My husband and I were looking for an affordable mattress with natural, organic materials and ultimately decided on this one.

When it arrived we both couldn’t believe both how thin and how bouncy it seemed. No chance of moving without waking the other person. But we decided we’d give it a try because sending a mattress back is a hassle. Soon after I started having bad hip pain. Simultaneously I found out I was pregnant so I assumed the pain was from that and disregarded it. But a year later, after giving birth and still using this mattress, it turns out it wasn’t my body at all. It was the mattress! I still get hip, neck, and back pain from it. Not to mention it’s impossible to sit on and breastfeed or relax with the baby. It’s supposed to be firm but definitely is not. I wish I could send it back but now it’s too late. Such a disappointment when you pay so much for a new product. Don’t make the same mistake!
