Crystal was very helpful and advised on the right price and date for booking a flight for my mum and even walked me through making the payment online and was very patient and answered my questions clearly and confirmed details for me. I would definitely book with her again.

I wanted a ticket to Zambia and the one who added to me is Rodney. Rodney was very helpful and patient. He managed to book me on the flights the days I requested for.

I have been travelling all this while and, I must say honestly, I have not dealt with such a personality as Stephen. He is a very good person to talk to. He is calm and confident whilst dealing with a customer like myself. He is good.
