I can't praise Black +Blum enough. the customer service is brilliant Sandrina has been so helpful.
The thermopots are excellent just the right size for transporting hot food, they look great and are perfect for the job, I can give these and the company a massive 5* they have a wonderful array of really useful products and I have no hesitation in recommending them

Fantastic customer service. Had an issue with a broken bottle top. Very helpful and efficient in resolving the problem. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Bought and fitted a kitchen from Magnets 7 years ago. It has 4 1000mm cupboards, which have up and over doors operated by 2 Blum hinges. The hinges started to fail; meaning the door slammed shut rather than soft closed. Contacted Magnets in Christchurch who although helpful said the part was no longer available. I then rang Blum in Milton Keynes and their technical department. Got a brilliant response as they sent me two new pistons for the hinges plus advice and a video on how to install them, didn't charge me a penny, sent a few helpful emails and great friendly advice when speaking on the phone to them. Fitted the pistons in the hinges in seconds and door works perfectly. Couldn't be more helpful or better.

Really great quality products for modern living and working environments. I would highly recommend.

The plastic/rubber lid gets mouldy and doesn't clean off. When I asked Black + Blum how to clean or if they could replace they told me to buy a new one! This is a really bad service for something which should be considered a premium product.

My order arrived a week after ordering. This was fine as I wasn't in a particular rush. However, in that particular week I was a sent an email by the courier, saying my item would be delivered the next day but then a second email the day after saying it would be delivered the day after that, which was a bit confusing. Besides this, the item was well packaged and didn't come wrapped in any unnecessary plastic. Having used it for a while now, I'm very happy with the quality of the product.

Beautiful product, filters water well. I was pleased that the packaging used to deliver the bottle was all recyclable.

I popped onto buy a replacement lid for my water bottle and it was easy to do and turned up quickly in the post.

I got an Eau Good water bottle from Black + Blum 6 months ago. I use it every day. The water tastes good and it looks quirky. I like the fact that I use fewer disposable plastic bottles. My one quibble is that my bottle is slightly dented and the charcoal sometimes slips out of position. It's satisfying the put the silicone and cork stopper in the top of the bottle, but it does sometimes drip from the cap.

I have a Black Blum charcoal filter water bottle. The bottle as such is fine (although I find the design uncomfortable because of the fat bottom of the bottle that doesn't fit in any holders), but the charcoal filter does not work. I have the bottle for 2 weeks now, keep testing, always leaving the water for at least 8 hours, and the water still tastes just a tiny bit better than straight from the tap. I also keep tap water in an open glass jug on the kitchen counter (very simple method to evaporate chlorine, and costs you nothing) and it tastes better than the water with the charcoal filter!!! And unfortunately I purchased the bottle in an open-air festival and didn't get a receipt, otherwise I would return it.

I really like the design and concept of this product but have had a couple of issues with the two I purchased.
One of the Charcoal pieces was snapped inside the packaging, meaning that it's not usable.
After keeping a bottle in the fridge overnight, the plastic part at the top (either the mouth piece, or the screw on part around the mouth piece) has absorbed some of the aromas of the food in the fridge, meaning that over a week later my water comes with a blast of garlic and thyme!

Great products, fast delivery and good customer service. Won't be my last order!

I like the taste of the water from the Black + Blum water bottle but part of the filter system keeps falling apart.

The product is great the new design works, as a kickstarter for this product, information on delivery became absent, as there were some delivery delays.
Pleased to have the new Eau good duo.
