Excellent customer service. My lunch box lid kept opening up even with it sealed and the band around it. I emailed B&B and within 24 hours the matter was sorted with a new lid sent out.

The charcoal sticks have been reduced in width and the prices increased! I don't think I am going to get the same filtration longevity as I paid for!

We do appreciate the feedback with regard to the thickness of the charcoal you received, but do need to emphasise that the charcoal is a natural stick and therefore does has varying width / thickness. However, we can assure you that this will not significantly diminish the performance / function or longevity.

Choice of DPD as a courier is poor - items delivered to wrong address
Choice of DPD as a courier is poor - they delivered my items to a different set of flats and had my personal details including mobile printed on the label.
No note through my door - got a random call from someone in the other set of flats who found the parcel on the floor and called to arrange pick up.

Bought one glass carafe, loved it and bought another! Much better looking than the plastic filter jugs, only (small) downside is having to wait 1hr+ for the water to filter, but that's why I bought another one : )
