Insane shipping costs
They have a sale for 40% off but make up for it in shipping with it being $18 shipping no matter what you buy. The shipping was more than one of the shirts I wanted to buy! I will never buy from them that is beyond crazy.

Got a mystery box from them I do wish you had the option to choose a different pant size and shirt size. my shirts fit nice but the pants are a little snug. All the clothing is very comfortable though and I'm sure my wife will enjoy the joggers.

This company is just greedy and I’m wondering how they’re even still around. If you buy something from their website, good luck getting an exchange or return if it doesn’t fit. They make it nearly impossible to pass their guidelines for a return. They denied my return because they said I didn’t lint roll it well enough! What company does that?? Plus they make you pay for shipping! Even if their product is severely mis-sized. I ordered the same size from their website numerous times that fit just fine, but I got one item that was definitely much smaller than what it was marked as. But the customer pays for the mistake! Worst customer service ever, there’s not even a number you can call. I would highly recommend avoiding this clothing company! They should mark on their website “all sales are final” since it’s so difficult to exchange or return an item.

I ordered my first item from BCC. The Winter Solstice hoodie! I ordered a size up because of some reviews I've read. The 2X definitely fits like an Xl, but fits exactly as I wanted. The shipping was so quick! The printing and quality is exceptional. Very soft inside and such a beautiful design on the back.
Need a UK store
Good quality items and some of the best designs out there with a large selection but shipping prices to the UK are insane. If they had a UK store I would have left a 5 star.
Short return policy
I bought a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift. The shoes were a little big, so I was going to exchange them. I could not return or exchange due to their 30 day policy. Seriously? That policy in not realistic around the holidays. Now I have a $60 pair of shoes I can do nothing with. Total waste of money
Inconsistent Advertising, Communication, and Product Integrity
I ordered two items in a black Friday sale. One of which deviated from the images on the sale page which lead me to believe it was defective. I reached out, didn't hear back for a couple days, emailed again, didn't hear back. I emailed then at least four times before even hearing back. Was asked for pictures of the product, which I sent, and received a return shipping label. They message me back to tell me that the bag is just made that way now, it's not defective. They offer a refund or to ship it back. I affirmed that I want a refund. They've gone ghost. I would not have bought this product if it had been advertised accurately. I wanted the product that they had pictures of. Waste of each of our time and completely disingenuous. The other one I bought came exactly as advertised and is lovely, though I am worried about it's integrity after reading another review about their bags.

They sent my daughter's Christmas gifts to the wrong address and refuse to resend them. After emailing them they offered no credit, or to resend their products so she will have her Christmas gifts. Unbelievable
Responsibility to the responsible!
Ordered a pair of joggers, they sent the wrong pants, sent it back they send the correct pants wrong size. This is proof no one is trying. I can understand one mistake but sending the wrong size after sending the wrong complete pair, come on!

I purchased a leather bag from black craft cult MAYBE 3 months ago and one of the straps already broke. I babied this purse man. I took such good care of it because I spent so much on it and wanted it to last and keep its shape so I know I wasn’t rough with it. The little metal rod that keeps the strap linked to the purse snapped and broke. Also the leather started to unravel at only 2 months with no way of threading it back through without some kind of strong glue or something so it really wasn’t that fixable. So what did I do? I reached out to customer service of course but was told there was nothing they could do because it’s past the return window (which I think might be like the standard 30 days-I’m not sure exactly) but I was already aware that it wasn’t in the return window-that’s why I emailed them instead of just initiating the return. When I responded to the email telling them this I never got a response. It was just poor customer service and a product that costs 80$ should last at LEAST a year, IMO. I will never buy another bag from them again, I might not even buy anything from them ever again. I also bought a tank top from them that the goat logo was supposed to be in the middle of the shirt so it’s centered, not all janky and off to the side like mine is. Yes I should of contacted customer service right away but i wasn’t too upset about it but the purse I was.
Horrid customer service for loyal customers
I have shopped with this company for so long. Spent literally thousands here. Then the very first time I have a damaged and defected product they email me like I’m the bad guy. Then when I show proof of my defect they send me a quick email with a return label. No words with it. No instructions. Nothing. And all of my emails were extremely nice to them. Stating I understood everyone has issues sometimes. They were completely rude and disgusting.
I love their clothes but don’t really think I’ll be buying anymore.
Good value
I have bough several items from Blackcraft over the last year and have been pleased with everything. The clothing is good quality and is lasting well, and the Mystery Boxes have always been exceptional value. International shipping can be pricey, but there are often codes available and everything has always been well packaged and has arrived promptly.

The clothing is cheap. The seams were falling out when I received the product. Unfortunately this is my second time ordering from them and instead of sucking up the restock fee (again) I kept it. Total crap.

I’ve ordered from them before with no problems. I recently ordered two cups with a total cost of $70 and the USPS lost my package. Blackcraft Cult’s customer service was of little help and due to their shipping method, the post office will not refund me for the lost package. I lost $70 on items I will never get. Customer Service never once offered a refund.

First time ordering from black craft cult, Horrible customer service ! I just spent 100$ on two items. I Had to pay 15$ to ship the items back to them to exchange the size. No company I know makes you pay for shipping items back and doesn’t give you a shipping label! They are saying I have pet hair on items when I have no pet and are not letting me exchange them. Horrible company!
Poor quality, not built to last
The stuff is cute but will not last. My husband bought me a backpack purse in February 2021 and a strap fell off less than 5 months later. Their response was along the lines of “it’s out of warranty sucks to suck”. I fixed it myself and it did okay. 3 months later the second strap fell off. And now the material where I made the first repair is ripping. Not worth the money for the quality.
