Quality has absolutely bottomed out.

Poor materials that are poorly cut and poorly sewn, which causes severe issues after one wash.

Used to have dozens of shirts. Will never buy again.

Insanely slow shipping also.

And now they want $35 for a tshirt.

Ridiculous.

Order never arrived. Dealing with customer service is an absolute nightmare. My issue hasn't been resolved to date. The phone number listed for contact directs you to an email. They are fantastic at not answering questions directly.

After watching how this company conducts their business now - I am truly disgusted at the sell out nature.
The way they jack up prices for stuff and dangle stuff in customer faces while screaming EXCLUSIVITY. This brand has sold out and hard.

I’ve ordered alot at Blackcraft in the past and never had issues untill recently. I ordered an XL zip up hoodie which was way too small for XL

A week later I also received an order with a zip up hoodie and pullover hoodie. Sadly same issues again

I contacted the customer service and showed them pictures of the measurements and also showed them hoodies I ordered in the past
They told me they’ll solve it with me and they asked if I wanted new ones. So today I received the first zip up hoodie in 2XL instead of XL and this one fits perfect. Soon I will receive the replacements of the other 2 aswell
They told me I don’t have to send the wrong ones back (probably since I live in Europe)
But they did send me 3 new items! So its very nice of them they solved the issue

If you want to order zip up hoodies or pullover hoodies, I suggest taking a size up

I like the designs from Blackcraft and next time will order a size up just incase aswell

Apparel with anti-religion themes I haven't seen any other company make at this high of quality. I ordered during their Cyber Monday sale so the shipping took a while but totally worth the wait. I even emailed them to change my shirt size, which was completely my fault for ordering the wrong size, and they did it for me which was awesome. As an Atheist, I love this company. As a guy who wears T-shirts every day, I love this company.

They don’t give refunds for returned items, and make you charge to get a return label to begin with. What’s the point of returning if I don’t get a refund? Product not even taken out of its packaging and everything. Horrible company, gets worse by the year

I emailed them immediately after I realized they had charged the wrong card and told them I needed to cancel the order and get a refund on the order bc they charged my dad's card. That was Wednesday... it is Saturday and I just got a shipping confirmation so I guess they're going to still send it to me and then I'll have to pay for shipping cause it's just a big 🖕🏼 YOU. that's fine I won't be ordering from this 3rd world country of a store and I'll be ordering my shit from Amazon now. if y'all need help with customer service just say that Cause I would gladly clock in to help other people not deal with this shit

Truly unhelpful customer service. Refunds apparently unavailable and extremely limited use vouchers given instead. Seems to be a trend of their orders getting lost.

Ordered 3 tshirt; 1 was a Buy One Get One 50%, the other was a pre-release (nowhere on the site was it shown that we were purchasing a pre-release shirt and we'd have to wait months for it to be delivered) For 3 tshirts it cost 110USD, plus an additional 60$ import fee. Shirts were ordered the 3rd of May, they were finally "attempted" to be delivered on the 18th of June. So for 3 tshirts after "Canadian" conversion, it comes out costing 210$... 3 TSHIRTS, 210 EFFIN DOLLARS!!! And they took almost 2 months to get here! Will never be shopping through this site again.

I ordered hoodies and the Edgar Allen Poe mystery box from them about 3 years ago. The quality and design have held up over the years and they are literally my favorite clothes to wear. I am shocked by all the bad reviews on them. I don’t care for all the random designs they have on the clothes now, which is why I haven’t purchased anything from them recently. It looks like little kids just stamped shit on them. Yet mine have held up through weekly washes and still look brand new. I wish they would go back to their old designs. Also anyone else have issues with their texts where they get them and hit them and it leads to nothing?

The quality of their clothes used to be so good. Soft comfy sweaters that stay that way even after washing multiple times. I just ordered recently and they have completely changed the clothing. It's thin hard cheap material now that feels so awful. Not worth the money for just a cute design on some awful material 😞 returning my whole order.

J'avoue que je ne comprends pas du tout ces avis aussi négatif... Cliente de longue date (pas loin de 1500€ d'achats chez eux), je n'ai jamais eu le moindre soucis. J'ai toujours commandé ma taille habituelle et ca a toujours été conforme. Tres bonne qualité de produits (je trouve meme que les vêtements sont plus beau une fois qu'ils ont ete lavé quelques fois!). Les articles fragile sont toujours arrivés bien protégé. Certe j'ai toujours dû payer les frais de dédouanement (pour la Belgique) car ils ne les prennent pas en charge mais c est précisé dans les conditions de toute manière donc on sais à quoi s'attendre. En revanche les frais d'expédition pour la Belgique sont vraiment élevés...
Au niveau du service client, je n'y ai eu affaire que 1 fois pour un article manquant et la réponse a ete rapide et courtoise et le remboursement à aussitôt suivi.

Il est juste tres dommage que cela fasse quelques semaines ou mois que le site est casiment vide, un petit réapprovisionnement serait le bienvenu :)

I am very disappointed because they stole their bogg bat design from a small company called spellbound soles. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth, not to mention the few times I ordered from them it literally took them like a month for the item to arrive.

Very poor quality items, cheap thin material, lengths bear no relation to the size charts, much too short for me. I wasted my money and wish I’d it’s the reviews before I ordered!

I ordered a huge order. The package got lost per USPS. I have attempted to contact blackcraft multiple times, but no one has gotten back. It’s been a month. I really want my order.

I purchased some mens xl tshirts. They are 3 inches too short. The shirts barely come down to my belt. I will never shop there again.

Absolutely terrible! Ordered a very expensive kimono advertised as blackcraft on their site. Received a crappy cheaply made item made in China worth about £20 when I paid £120 for a luxury blackcraft kimono. The label is NOT a blackcraft label.
Now they have updated their site to say it’s not blackcraft however this was not stated when I purchased. Absolutely disgusting

They offered a promo to get a mug if you bought a certain amount of merchandise. However they wouldn't allow you to add the free shipping code if you got the mug because they won't let customers have two promos in their carts. This is with enough merchandise to get free shipping beyond the mug cost. rather than doing anything they just shrug their shoulders. Once order is placed, they don't give you a processing time, so you just wait and wait. When you reach out to customer service they just send you a form letter of their processing times. Then when you wait some more, beyond the time quoted, and reach out again it's "oh sorry we're just behind! And I have no idea where your package is at in the queue!" Absolutely horrendous service from both the company itself and its customer service team. I'm so done with this.

Ordered a T-shirt, was worried about shipping as i'm in the UK. However the shirt arrived much quicker than I expected (a week and a half), and shipping price was reasonable. Shirt is great quality, size is perfect and the design is so cool. Will be ordering again.

Used to have quality clothing and true sizes. My last 2 orders the shoes were MASSIVE in the size I usually wear, and the shirt came with a stretched out collar. Will not be buying from this store anymore and will tell all of my friends to do the same. So many better alt clothing brands out there with decent customer service.
